Approved Log My Training Log - My Transformation

going to be a quiet xmas have found i am way to active and have had to force myself to stay in bed
i had been going for walks only to find that even that is causing major abdominal pain.
I have been eating well just trying to stick to more of a carnivore diet and trying to get in around 5ltr of water
per day.
have lowered my cycle to @nexuspharma
200mg sus + 100mg mast 3 times per week
training forarms with DB twice a week lying bed so not engaging any core muscles

I WOULD LIKE TO WISH A safe & MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE WHOLE AGW FAMILY

Hope everyone had a great Xmas and still smashing there goals or planning new ones for 2025
im still 4wks away from getting back to the gym wanted to be earlier but even holding the little fella who is only 9kg caused stomach to start bleeding i have been running 250mg sus twice a week @nexuspharma hoping
to speed recovery but definitely have been overdoing it with walking on the beach & playing with son
so hopefully can at least get back in the gym by February.

Morning guys i got myself for my 3am workout today only stuck to exercise that left out my core
seated calves 5 x 20
seated bicep curls 5 x 20
seated hammer curls 5 x 20
seated tricep push down 5 x 20
& 20 min sauna
will have a day off tomorrow and see how i feel definitely felt good getting back to it
was 90.8 on the scale which isn't to bada bit mor fat to burn but pretty happy with

ok second week back managed to hit everything first week back except glutes & quads
was difficult trying to work around exercising without using my core definitely was light weight
but spent more time under tension and really getting mind muscle connection also went and got bloods
done have been only running. .8ml twice a week of @nexuspharma sus250 for about
6 weeks now definitely still very high from cycle prior to injury.
Definitely helping my mental state being back in the gym but 💪💪💪

Morning AGW boys & girls 3rd week in tell you what motivation is really feeling like a struggle
not the getting to the gym getting there fine but only doing quater oft he weight and not
able to work out with the same intensity.
just hard but i know its how its gotta go to get back there
 
well 3 weeks back still feeling ok started pushing myself more in the gym and getting out gor a good hour walkon the beach 6 days a week

Tough what you're going through and what you've gone through. That was a serious operation you had... what do the doctors say about scarring?

pretty much like vitamin e cream and massage but still feeling hard and gets sore when i massage to much so i guess will see over time hopefully will start a few abb exercise in a few weeks and see how they go but from every thing i have been told and researched if i do to much i will tear along cut from the surgery causing hernia I wish it wasn't the case but bit scared to overdue but definitely going to try to get my abs back
