Welcome back @natzzMorning guys i got myself for my 3am workout today only stuck to exercise that left out my core
seated calves 5 x 20
seated bicep curls 5 x 20
seated hammer curls 5 x 20
seated tricep push down 5 x 20
& 20 min sauna
will have a day off tomorrow and see how i feel definitely felt good getting back to it
was 90.8 on the scale which isn't to bada bit mor fat to burn but pretty happy with
The journey back starts @natzz you'll get it all back in no time brother.well 3 weeks back still feeling ok started pushing myself more in the gym and getting out gor a good hour walkon the beach 6 days a week
pretty much like vitamin e cream and massage but still feeling hard and gets sore when i massage to much so i guess will see over time hopefully will start a few abb exercise in a few weeks and see how they go but from every thing i have been told and researched if i do to much i will tear along cut from the surgery causing hernia I wish it wasn't the case but bit scared to overdue but definitely going to try to get my abs backTough what you're going through and what you've gone through. That was a serious operation you had... what do the doctors say about scarring?
