seated calves 5 x 20
seated bicep curls 5 x 20
seated hammer curls 5 x 20
seated tricep push down 5 x 20
& 20 min sauna
will have a day off tomorrow and see how i feel definitely felt good getting back to it
was 90.8 on the scale which isn't to bada bit mor fat to burn but pretty happy with

pretty much like vitamin e cream and massage but still feeling hard and gets sore when i massage to much so i guess will see over time hopefully will start a few abb exercise in a few weeks and see how they go but from every thing i have been told and researched if i do to much i will tear along cut from the surgery causing hernia I wish it wasn't the case but bit scared to overdue but definitely going to try to get my abs backTough what you're going through and what you've gone through. That was a serious operation you had... what do the doctors say about scarring?
Smart to take it slow and what you're doing is perfect. You probably already know this but avoid anything that strains your core until you feel ready. Over time things will feel better and you can gradually step up your ab work. HI THERE BROTHER IM TRAVELLING OK STILL GETTING TO THE GYM EVERY SECOND DAY NOW WAS PLANNING ON PUTTING UP A UPDATE THIS AFTERNOON AFTER WORK HAVE BEEN PRETTY ACTIVE ON THE NEW AGW FORUM CHAT BUT NEGLECTED GETTING A FEW POSTS UP.
Looking lean there. Sus & Npp nice bulk and strength, from your logs your body handles higher doses well. So probably go with something like 500mg and 400mg of NPP. I haven't been the most regular hitting the gym been working close to 100hr weeks for the last 3 weeks but managed to get there this morning for chest.
I am down 4.5 kg in the last 3 weeks which I think is a good thing for my stomach.
Have 2 more weeks on call then tossing up a sus & npp cycle???
