Hit chest today with my bro @ 2:30am as i am in Sydney had none of my sups so a red bull
had to do
seated cable flys 5 x 15
seated machine press 5 x 15
incline press on smith machine 5 x. 7 close grip , 7 standard grip 7 wide grip
standing cable flys high to low 5 x 15
standing db cross body raises 5 x 15
great having a gym buddy to help push and having someone there to push also.
post workout muscle chef pesto chicken.
