MORNING AGW
Hit chest today with my bro @ 2:30am as i am in Sydney had none of my sups so a red bull
had to do
seated cable flys 5 x 15
seated machine press 5 x 15
incline press on smith machine 5 x. 7 close grip , 7 standard grip 7 wide grip
standing cable flys high to low 5 x 15
standing db cross body raises 5 x 15
great having a gym buddy to help push and having someone there to push also.
post workout muscle chef pesto chicken.

Morning back in WA thank fuk such a shit fight back in Sydney and fuk gyms in nsw have
nothing so very happy to be back at my locals.
had a few workouts while in Sydney with my coach and brother which was good.
preworkout meal home made rice pudding or 8 Weetabix around 1:30am @hubbles usually around
2hrs in the gym then post workout shake with all my vitamins and 5 protein pancakes with bacon strawberry's
with pure maple syrup

but am now just learning to love the shit life throws at us from a hospital bed at work on Saturday late
and had insane bloating and pain my stomach which has resulted in stomach surgery abd removal if a section of
my small intestine i will be getting back to it but with all these issues not sure if i will be stage ready by April 25
definitely making it difficult

How long reocvery are they saying?
 
will bein hospital for close to 7 days still haven't spoken wit surgeon
should be this morning to find out what the removed but definitely going to be a huge process
as they had cut through the outer and inner abdomen so may be a while before i will
be lifting.
 
Ok Agw fam
I guess we won't be stage ready for next year as going to be a process rebuilding my core
muscle as the had to cut from top of pelvic area. to. 2 inches above my belly button.
pull out my intestines which were twisted just outside my stomach which was causing a large blockage.
they couldn't find anything else thank crist.
diet of nothing but clear liquid since being in hospital has been no fun but will hopefully be back
on actual food over the next few days and get out of hospital.
I will be adjusting my current cycle to
250 sus
400 primo
supplied from the expert team @nexuspharma as
this will be helping with my muscle repair I will keep you all posted on my change
of diet and training will be substantially different and will need to work over the coming
weeks.

Morning Fam
Finally home been told definitely no heavy lifting or work for 6 weeks need to spend that time healing
I have dropped my current cycle & just pinned 1ml sus which i will do twice a week for the next 6 weeks
plan to hit forearms with som light DBs while im bed ridden over the next 6 weeks.
also knee surgery has to be put of for a later date as its the least of my concerns and really can't
afford as cant work and make any $$$
food hasn't been to bad just keeping to mainly soft foods. eggs , slow cooked chickens and yoghurts

Shiiitttt.... I haven't logged on in a while and just saw your posts. Wishing you a speedy recovery my friend. How's everything going? I can imagine it's tough mentally too, but try to keep your spirits high.
