Log for Monday 31st March (Lower Body)

Keeping on track with meals, and current cycle has remained the same. I will increase doses slightly next week for the final 6 weeks of cycle. Doses will be:

Test E @ 500mg (pin 3x)
Mast E @ 300mg (pin 3x)
Tren A @ 20mg ED

Current Anavar @ 50mg/day will wrap up end of this week.

I did actually start the 20mg Tren A yesterday. Did some quick math and realised I would have been left with a small sorta useless amount at end of cycle, so added in earlier to make use of it 😅

I am treading very carefully with the Tren hence the dose size and frequency..

Trained lower body today with young fella from the gym. Off from normal plan but we pushed it fkn hard and I was smoked by the end of it..

Started off with some squats in the Smith Machine. I’m not a big fan of squats, particularly due to poor flexibility in my shoulders to actually get under and grip the bar comfortably. But we worked up to a final working set of 8 @ 80kg.

Next we moved onto the Hack Squat. Once I tweaked the foot placement we managed to load the quads up quite well.

2 x working sets @ 160 (6-7 reps)

Moved onto some RDL’s to pull a bit of blood out of the quad.

2 x 10 @ 80kg

Next, onto the Leg Press. Pyramid up to final working set of 280kg for 15reps. Close and low stance.

1st pin of the week today. Currently 2 x a week, 200 Test and 100 Mast per pin.

Also using insulin needle for seperate Tren dosage and so far so good! 👌🏽
 
Going to introduce Tren A man. Will either be at 20mg/day, or 40mg e2d. Nervous and excited. Plan on using Acetate just in case body doesn’t respond well, along with the smaller more frequent doses
Nice, I've never tried Acetate, always did Enanthate. Only because I get really lazy with my pins.

I’m scared of the Tren haha. Few days in now at 20mg/day and so far so good. I may or may not bump it up for the final few weeks, but would only go up to 30-40mg/day max I reckon
 
Training Log for Tuesday 1st April (Upper Body 1)

Jumped on the scales first thing this morning (forgot to yesterday 😅) and have a slight drop from the previous week. Still chipping away slow n steady, number on the scale hasn’t been moving too much but definitely looking/feeling leaner.

Had a mate reach out to me who’s been in a bad head space recently. He wanted to try and get back into the gym so I hooked up with him for this session.

He was so fkn stoked and thankful. He loved it and it really made my day to help someone out who I’ve known for a long time!

Anyway we had a mad sesh!!

Few ad hoc exercises thrown in, and we didn’t end up hitting triceps at the end due to talking/laughing too much throughout the session.

Still training with intensity and intent, and loving it.

Pinning 20mg Tren A every day throughout the remainder of my cycle. So far so good, no issues/sides.

Log for Thursday 3rd April (Lower Body)

Loving my current split/schedule. I feel the increased frequency and rest is starting to pay off! 🤘🏼

Hectic day at work and then into the gym for a lower body sesh! 🦵

Majority of tracked sets and working sets only, so whilst it may not look like a lot, there’s often 2/3/4 warm up sets when moving onto a new muscle group.

Gym got in a new Pendulum Squat machine today and it’s fkn awesome!!

I’ve always wanted to use one and a finally got the chance! I loved the way it works and the ROM, so will be adding this into my plan as a regular exercise moving forward!

2nd major pin day today, and the final for my current cycle split, with doses increasing slightly next week plus moving into 3x pin per week for Test/Mast. Will continue to run 20mg/Tren A ED.

Tonight’s Pin:

100mg Mast E
20mg Tren A

Few more days and Anavar will be done with too..
 
Log for Friday 4th April (Upper Body 2)

Was pleasantly surprised with my condition check first thing in the morning. Stomach area starting to lean out, and with another 6 weeks on cycle left I’m confident I should be decently lean by the end of it. ✌🏻

RDO today (still had about 2hrs of Teams Meetings but 👎🏻) and really cbf driving all the way into town, so just hit up the little local gym here for my 2nd Upper Body workout for the week.

Strength is still on the up progressively. Feeling good, not looking real flat (carbs are still around 250g/day).

Final few days before Anavar ceases.
20mg Tren A every day is going well so far, no noticeable effects on mood/sleep etc.

Doses increase slightly next week for Test + Mast, and will split across 3x pins per week

Saw your pic, you're definitely leaning out nicely. Are you hitting ab workouts? You need to concentrate on them to make'em pop.

Fair call brother. Only do what you feel comfortable with, as long as you're achieving results.

It's incredible how much the gym can help when your mind is in a tough place.

Yeah man I’ve been back again to use more haha so good.

And tbh I don’t train abs enough. I’ll be making a conscious effort to hit them more over the next 6 weeks
 
Log for Monday 7th April (Lower Body)

Jumped on the scales first thing this morning.
Weight fluctuations still but considering the weekend I had off plan it’s actually not too bad 😅

I talked up this new pendulum squat at one of my local gyms hard to a young fella I often train with. He was keen to give it a go so we did a leg sesh together.

Didn’t really track the workout as it was sort of sporadic and instinctual.

Between a combination of heavy sets, high rep sets, drop sets and some rest pause, my legs were fkn smoked by the end of it.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a leg pump so good. It’s time like these that I sometimes miss having a training partner who’s on the same level as you, to push you through those extra couple of reps.

Cycle wise everything seems to be going well, even with the addition of Tren A @ 20mg/day a week ago.

I have noticed a slight dip in my mood, however I have had a lot going on with my work as of late and the stress has been really getting to me. So hard to determine what’s been the contributing factor…

Out for dinner for my partners bday. This was my attempt at making good choices 😅
Could have been worse..

Log for today Tuesday 8th April (Upper 1)

Sort of wasn’t feeling it today, had to do heaps of running around after work before I could get to the gym but I still made it happen.

No noticeable increases in strength this week, but no loss either so I’m happy with that..

Yeah the sirloin meal is textbook bulk, you did well.

Nice addition of the Tren. Mood dips are tricky, especially when life stress is high anyways so hard to pinpoint what’s gear and what’s just real life being a pain in the ****. Keep monitoring it and maybe throw in some ashwagandha.

Log for Friday 10th April (Lower Body)

Missed the gym yesterday due to life commitments, and didn’t want to skip leg day 😝 so got in after work today and got it done! 🤌🏼

Admittedly it wasn’t the craziest or the hardest session I’ve done, but I still felt accomplished at the end and glad I still made the effort to get in there.

I have found that pinning Tren A every day has caught up to over the last 2 weeks, to the point where it’s already affecting my sleep and mood (badly). So conversed with a few other boys on here (you know who you are 😘) and decided to alter my doses and frequency moving forward to hopefully alleviate the sides (or intensity). Will reassess how I feel after the coming week and make a decision then as to whether I drop it all together or not.

Just goes to show everyone is different and it’s important to listen to your body and make the necessary changes if required..
 
Log for Saturday 12th April (Push Day)

Normally I would do a complete upper body workout but I just wasn’t feeling it today. I worked 7hrs in the morning, straight into kids soccer game at 9am, and finally got home around 11ish after starting at 2am.

Did tame a servo sausage roll out of sheer hunger 🫣, so went for a lower carb 1st meal when I got home.
