Decided to pump out a bit of an impromptu Shoulder workout this evening…
I consider shoulders one of my stronger points so tbh I have neglected them a bit lately.
More of an instinctual session more than anything. Higher reps, drop sets, supersets etc. To be fair I really just wanted to chase a mad pump
Anyway this is what I managed to knock out
Seated Smith Machine Shoulder Press
1 x 8 @ 70kg superset w/12kg Hammer Grip Front DB raises x 10
1 x 6 @ 80kg superset w/10 x hammer DB raise @ 14kg
1 x 11 @ 50kg (back off)
Reverse Pec Deck
3 x 16 @ 40kg
DB Lat Raise
2 x 10 @ 16kg plus drop set with 12kg to fail
Behind back close grip smith shrug superset bent over DB fly
