Was planning on aiming to put on 12kg this bulk but definitely trying to eat right as my gut health probably couldn't handle a dirty bulk but I reckon will probably sneak in a few cheese burgers & chocolate shakes

Most definitely @darkHORSE planning on 16wk bulk maybe 20 then will assess how i am feeling and hopefully no injuries.
I would like to maybe work to get on stage in 2026 but will have to work on abs & scaring but definitely won't be saying never will be working towards that goal for next year brother!!
A long and structured bulk will set you up well, especially if you're aiming for the stage in 2026. Just keep that focus, stay injury free and chip away at those weak points. Abs will come with time.

Another week down i pushed it fairly hard this week and regret it as I wasn't having my day off after each workout which I will be forcing myself to as I feel quite sore but will keep moving forward and chasing results 💪

I like the 'rest in between each workout day'. I've done this before and it works well for body and mind.
