Wednesday 29/01/2025 & Thursday 30/01/2025
Yesterday I basically flung out the bed in the morning to get an early chest and tri’s session in. Coming off the back of an absolutely shit house previous few days just in life in general I just wanted to get the hell out of the house and take my mind off things and the gym was just the place for that.
Smashed the living daylights out of my chest and finished with some triceps and of course I snuck in a few sets of curls because why not
I’ll be laying off the weights till Sunday as I’ll be doing some intense BJJ tomorrow and Saturday so I want to make sure I have proper rest to finish the week strong!
