Approved Log My Test + Tren cycle log

Hey guys, checking in for the third and final time this week after hitting a juicy chest and tris session this morning.

I probably sound like a broken record at this point but really just loving the lifts going up literally by the week and sometimes by the day, likely because in addition to my diet and training being on point, I have been blasting probably a little too hard which, as I mentioned, hasn’t been great for my hairline.

As such, I am heavily considering just doing TRT for 2 months or so (125mg test per week) and perhaps throw in 50mg anadrol pre workout to give my body a bit of a rest and let my hairline stick around a bit longer.

With this being said though, the little voice in my head is saying **** the hair and keep going hard!

This is the tricky part that we probably all go through - balancing gains and everything else. It’s tough because once you get accustomed to such rapid and consistent progress it’s hard to lower your dosage but I’ll have a heavy think about it.

See a post workout pic below.

Cheers,
Adam

Gotta listen to your body bro! I would also reconsider running Anadrol alongside TRT, if you’re gonna give your body a break then I personally wouldn’t be running any other compounds oral or IM.
I’m not that experienced but from my reading it is the most liver toxic and prone to sides oral you can run.

It’s definitely then most powerful oral but holy shit the strength gains are insane. Its tough being responsible and patient but I do agree with you

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week as it’s been a hectic last couple of days, and to be honest I wasn’t the most motivated to hit the gym this morning so I just focused on the movements I enjoy the most to at least get something out of it.

Push downs, curls, flies and rows dominated the workout with some static holds with kettlebells to hit the top of the delt/shoulders.

Definitely still feeling the progression in these lifts but just wasn’t quite there mentally but still glad I pushed through and overcame the psychological block.

Diet still fully clean and dialed in. Tomorrow morning I’ll likely be hitting chest and back (what I missed out today) and will be reporting accordingly!

See post workout pics below - you will notice some real thickening happening around the biceps and shoulders for sure :)

Cheers guys

Hey guys, checking in today after a big leg session as I pinned my delt beforehand and it wasn’t recovered enough to get the most out of the key back movements like pulldowns and rows.

Legs is definitely something that needs to be worked on for me because my upper body is super developed, and my calves are naturally very big which helps, but the quads and hamstrings can still use a lot of work.

You can call me what you want, but in typical gym bro fashion, I ****ing hate leg day!

It’s boring as **** among other things. I’ve heard some people incorporate one leg exercise per day with their other body parts so they don’t have a dedicated leg day which is something I’ll consider because as disciplined as I am, I don’t know if I can consistently do one dedicated leg day 🤣

Got a decent shot of the calves below, and see you tomorrow after chest and back!

You trying to rub in the fact you hardly train legs yet have better calves than majority of us here?! Hahaha!

Haha not my intention but I was super obese at 150kg at one point in my life. Walking around at such a high weight put a lot of stress on the legs and so my legs were built through years and years of having to carry the load. I trained legs for a few months when I started training but genuinely have barely touched them since then (for a couple years).

Hey guys, checking in for the third time this week after a monstrous back and biceps session this morning. Really went hard on the pull downs and rows and of course finished with some barbell curls alongside a couple shoulder movements as my shoulders were fully recovered from pinning and they’re my best body part so I’ll always take the opportunity to smash them when I can.

Todays workout was extra powerful as I took 100mg anadrol pre workout which just gives me a boost absolutely behind belief. You’ll see in the picture below how the whole upper body is developing and thickening - especially when you contrast it to other progress pics as recent as just a week ago. Progress is becoming rapid!

Cheers guys and enjoy the rest of your weekend

I'd recommend twice a week on legs brother.

Leg Day 1 - Squats, leg press, sitting hamstring curls, standing calves
Leg Day 2 - Deadlifts, leg press, lying down hamstring curls, sitting calves

Hey guys, checking in for the first time this week.

Really excited to say I’ve joined worlds gym which is so much better than where I was previously training. The machines and overall environment really puts my old gym to shame, and accordingly, I hit an incredible upper body session yesterday (rested today).

Feeling my biggest and leanest right now at about 112kg and overall my mood and lifestyle is doing really well.

Honestly I sound like a broken record at this point but it’s really true that my lifts are going up super consistently and I’m so proud of that. If you scroll back up in my logs you can see so much progression in my physique literally week to week.

See a post workout pic below.

Cheers guys
