Wednesday 29/01/2025 & Thursday 30/01/2025

Yesterday I basically flung out the bed in the morning to get an early chest and tri’s session in. Coming off the back of an absolutely shit house previous few days just in life in general I just wanted to get the hell out of the house and take my mind off things and the gym was just the place for that.

Smashed the living daylights out of my chest and finished with some triceps and of course I snuck in a few sets of curls because why not 😅

I’ll be laying off the weights till Sunday as I’ll be doing some intense BJJ tomorrow and Saturday so I want to make sure I have proper rest to finish the week strong!

Hey guys, reporting for the last time this week with a workout update.

Absolutely smashed today with a back and bi session, and finished off with a set of lateral raises just to see my progress and I’m thrilled to say that I’ve definitely got into the 15kg range with them. I’ll probably take tomorrow off for recovery and hit them again on Tuesday, but if I’m right and I am able to start repping the 15s on dumbell lateral raises that would be pretty insane as it would be a 50% increase in strength since starting my cycle and I know for a fact on that movement most people can’t get a good 10 reps with the 15s so that’s awesome.

Otherwise stable progress on my back and bi movements. I’ve definitely got to get a decent picture of my back one of these days to show you guys the progress. When I flex it I can feel it so much more than as soon as a month ago so the physique is coming across super nicely.

Finally with biceps I’ve switched doing curls with dumbells to doing it with the pin loaded machine that I do push downs on. I just lower it and use a flat bar attachment over the double headed rope and it keeps my form in check. The stretch I get on the bicep is crazy!!

Today I went to my old shitty gym which doesn’t have a posing room (unlike worlds) so photo isn’t great but from next week I’ll be at worlds exclusively so pictures will be better.

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week.

First things first, I want to give a huge shoutout to @gearmaniac101 once again for confirming and sending my latest order which has already arrived. Always great service and efficient delivery with him.

Today I hit a really upper body session (except chest which I’ll hit tomorrow) and I’m really happy with how I’m progressing on these related lifts, but for the sake of not sounding like a broken record I want to spend a bit of time talking about nutrition today.

I’ve found that I’m definitely getting away with eating more calories these days as my body weight has gone up, and as a big eater I’m really loving the freedom it gives me and the extra energy I get from the excess food which I can use to lift heavier!

Currently sitting at around 113kg and looking to get to 120 but to be leaner than I am now which I think is achievable over the next 4-6 months. It’s a big goal but at my current rate I believe I can get there.

How's the energy boost? should feel much better during those heavy lifts. Hitting 120kg while staying lean is a good goal and with your dedication, you got this.

Thank you bro! Energy boost during workouts is insane, muscles feel full and are practically begging me to lift more!
 
Thursday 7/02/2025 & Friday 8/02/2025

Hey guys, checking in for the second time this week after a big workout at worlds on Thursday and some Bjj this morning.

Overall feeling great mood wise and still maintaining good conditioning in the physique despite the increase in calories which I love to see. Lifts are all going up and the big highlight from Thursday was how I was moving the 20kg dumbbells around for bicep curls. If you told me I’d be tossing them around almost like they were light weight, before I started PEDs, I would have laughed - but here we are!

Also getting significant more back definition which I can feel when I flex it and I’m getting way more looks and compliments in my personal life which is the big takeaway. It’s easy to notice my own gains but when others do that’s when you know you are making serious progress.

Hey guys,

Checking in for a 3rd time this week after an intense arm blaster workout!

I had 2 hours of BJJ on Friday which was pretty cardio intensive so I ended up taking yesterday off to prep for today and it was worth it!

Now curling the 20kgs for a good 8 reps (probably could have done higher but form would have been compromised) and pushing up to 60kg on T push downs sounds pretty insane but I’m so glad I’ve gotten to this point.

Every week as I always say there is serious progression both in muscle gain and fat loss.

Definitely in the next couple of weeks I’ll be in a place where I can post shirtless pics as I’m inching closer and closer to abs whilst having serious mass at the same time.

Currently sitting consistent at about 112kg which is pretty big. It’s at this point where more and people both in the gym and out are coming up to me and asking for tips which will take some getting used to haha.

Hey guys,

Before I begin, I would like to give another shoutout to @gearmaniac101 who delivered on time every time - I picked up my latest package from him last week I believe.

Checking in for the first time this week after a MONSTROUS workout on Monday and a much needed rest day today.

As you’ll seen in the post workout pic, I’m looking my biggest and thickest by far. The shoulders have absolutely blown up and I’m loving it.

Honestly not much to say in terms of the weights themselves as I know im progressing rapidly both in my physique and in my lifts. I’m just super glad my overall mood and wellbeing is high as I know some guys experience ups and downs on cycle and so I’m grateful I can still keep hammering away.

Wednesday 12/02/2025 & Thursday 13/02/205

Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time this week.

Took today off as I had another intense workout, this time focusing on my chest mainly with cables, dumbbells and regular pressing movement . Really experiencing some hardness in the chest as I’m leaning out and I’ve definitely increased my chest as I’m pec flying over 100kg which is awesome. I’ll probably max the machine out within the next few months or end of year at this rate.

I also get a strong tricep pump on some of the movements so an added bonus is that the arms are looking a bit extra big throughout the day haha.

I’ll be heading away for the weekend and I’ll be back Sunday with another update after a session then!

PS: quick edit to remind everyone take a look at the pics from the last week or two and compare me with before. Progress is next level right now!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the last time this week after a bit upper body session after a few days off and hit it super hard!

Body felt fresh and fuelled and I definitely performed like it as I was moving the 30kg dumbness during shoulder press like it was light work, and as per usual muscles felt full and strong with progressions across the board.

i am probably gonna hit the weights again tomorrow morning as I didn’t get to chest and back as much as I would have liked, today, and then maybe take a couple rest days before we smash everything again

I’ll also get a fasted weigh in for you guys tomorrow to see how the size is progressing.

Time got away from me today so I didn’t get a picture but I will sort one out for you guys tomorrow so you see the progression.

Hey guys, reporting back to you after an incredible session yesterday morning.

All lifts going up and I’m really impressed with how I’m curling the 20kg dumbbells for plenty of reps! I’m interested to see what I can max but regardless doing a set of 20kg curls really hit me as a big milestone of progress and I’ve added a video of it down below.

Overall the physique is developing really nicely with even more and more people giving me looks and asking for advice. I say it all the time but I’m absolutely amazed with my progress and am thrilled I’ve been documenting it all the way.

Another much deserved shoutout to @gearmaniac101 for always helping me out with efficient shipping and delivery. He makes this journey possible and allows me to take a step to achieving my goal each day.

I’ll be smashing it again tomorrow morning and I’m super keen to report the results!

Hey guys, checking in for the second time this week. This will actually be about Thursdays workout and I’ll be hitting the weights again tomorrow.

Really focused on back and biceps this time around as the two muscles are linked, and as biceps generally recover faster I felt I could hit them again after the previous workout this week.

I can definitely feel the stretch in my back movements even more as I’m slowly leaning out, especially with the lat pull downs - it feels like my upper back is on fire! (In a good way).

I’m still curling the 20kg DBs comfortably when I hit the bicep part of my workout, however tomorrow I will probably aim to see how far I can push with the 25s just out of my own interest.

Despite the fact that I do enjoy doing DB bicep exercises, I think I am going to try cables for curls next week as I have been watching online a bit and it seems like you get a deeper stretch like that.

Hey guys, checking in for the third and final time this week.

What was meant to be a full body session ended up being changed up to 2 hour BJJ workout as a friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in a while had asked me to come do some drills and get some rounds in.

Overall BJJ is a tough sport and the whole body gets worked so I still kind of count it as a workout, especially when you consider how much cardio is involved - it makes getting leaner that much easier.

I will definitely be making up for it tomorrow morning though so be sure to tune in to the blog for a big pumped post workout pic and update!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week after a power chest and tri’s session. For triceps it’s really just push downs and extensions that I know of, but if you guys know of any other movements that isolate the tricep well, definitely let me know as I would be keen to incorporate it into my workout.

As for chest, I hit the chest press machine and did dumbbell incline press. Honestly I don’t think using DBs is optimal, as goes for bicep curls, but for some reason I do enjoy swinging them around and I find I have a better workout if I’m enjoying myself so it kind of cancels each other out.

Overall the physique continues to develop nicely, and I’m noticing gains on a weekly basis running my current stack. A bit more strength and a bit leaner each week goes a long way over time. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I truly can’t wait to see where I’m gonna be by the end of this year. My progress has truly been remarkable and I can’t thank @gearmaniac101 enough for his help and support.

Definitely hit him up for your PED needs. I just placed an order last week and it’s already on its way :)

I’ll probably be hitting legs tomorrow as I want my arms to be fully recovered for back and bis on Friday.

See you did chest, this is something I have been trying to work more

You do dumbell incline, is this just a personal preference over barbell? Or are you finding better stretch or controll using them over a bar?

Hey bro, thanks for the question. Generally I find DBs to be the worst things in the gym when it comes to actually getting a stretch because of the nature of free weights - it allows you to lose your form and bring in other muscles to help you lift that weight which means you aren’t properly isolating the muscle you intended to train. The only reason I ever use them is for enjoyment. There is something fun and badass about swinging some heavy DBs around

Hey guys,

Checking in after yesterdays big full body workout.

The biggest takeaway for me was implanting cable curls instead of DB curls - way more of a stretch and really isolated the muscle well and the pump leaving the gym (it was my last exercise) was crazy!

I’m also stoked about my lateral raises as I’m finding the 15s much easier than just a few weeks ago and I am sure that I’ll move onto the 17.5s within a month or so which is actually really heavy for this movement (relative to the overall gym population).

I’ve said this many times but also have been getting a lot more looks and questions about training as I’ve been progressively leaning out and maintaining an impressive size which is great but also can be hard to handle sometimes haha as I definitely don’t consider myself an expert or celebrity but If that’s how I’m seen I’m happy to keep going with it!

Today I took off to rest and tomorrow I’ll be back at it again so be sure to tune in for the last blog of the week then!
