Approved Log My Test + Tren cycle log

Hey guys,

Just a short arm and shoulder blaster today as I didn’t realize my main gym was closed and had to use the little work gym.

Definitely feel stronger in the shoulders as I was doing static holds with the 20kg kettlebells raised above my head to work the shoulders and it didn’t even feel that difficult. I would hold it for a minute or so before putting them down and I’d run that for 3-4 sets.

Also managed to hit bicep curls, tricep push downs and lateral raises but I did feel kind of rushed so I’ll definitely them again 1-2 more times this week.

I’m also going more and more attention just from my size as of late which is really reassuring and just lets me know I’m progressing as rapidly as I think I am. Really looking forward to what 2025 will bring!

Wednesday 1/01/2024 & Thursday 2/01/2024

Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time this week. Wednesday managed to destroy chest and shoulders with a little bit of a bicep finisher and today just did legs to rest up for tomorrows workout where I will be destroying the shit out of my back and I can’t wait!

Loving the progress and I’ve been getting quite a few compliments and some more attention this week so I know I just have to keep it up and keep going steadily.

One thing I will say diet wise is that I have increased my fat intake a bit. I don’t feel any better doing it but I did it just as per the advice of some forums as my fats were previously very low and so I’m gonna keep my fats a big higher now especially as my progress has seemed to have improved.

Friday 3/01/2025 & Saturday 4/01/2025

Hey guys,

Reporting back after a monster Friday session and a well needed rest day today.

As you’ll see in the progress photo, I think the physique is beginning to lean out around the right areas and we could be closing in on definite abs very soon!

I’ll definitely be sure to throw up a picture of my back one of these days as my back lifts are all progressing well but it’s always awkward getting a picture from behind so I’ll arrange a mate to take one for me.

Just want to give another shoutout to @gearmaniac101 for always hooking me up and really looking forward what I can get done with him next year - especially with some of the new products he will be have in stock!

Hey guys,

Coming to you with the first log of the week. Smashed some upper body this morning with some big improvements in my shoulder work. The 10kg lateral raises barely feel like a warmup at this stage and I can do static holds above my head with 20kg kettlebells for a while. Today was one of those workouts where it makes me think about how far I’ve come.

Also smashed triceps with the usual push downs and incorporated a bicep finisher as per usual to really blow up the arms.

One thing I wanted to add as that I have finished my current supply of anadrol but I have quite a lot of dbol. If any of you guys have used dbol and could share some experiences with me that would be great as I may use it in the mean time.

Awesome work @BrazyGiant1, always good to feel and see the progress. Your foods look clean and your training is consistent. Just a side note, when I do shoulders I also like to superset it with traps, something you can also try.

Anadrol and Dbol are both beasts but Dbol's a classic for a reason, it’ll give you that size and strength boost quick. Most guys do great with 30 to 40mg a day, but if you’ve got the experience and want to push harder, 50mg a day is also an option. Just keep in mind that higher doses might bring more water retention and stress on your liver so make sure you’re using something like NAC or milk thistle for support. Split your dose morning and evening to keep levels steady.

Pics are also looking sharp, keep building on that momentum!

Hey guys,

Ended up taking the last two days off the gym as I had a pretty bad stomache ache on Tuesday and took me till late Wednesday to recover but I got back into the swing of things today with a big chest and tris session.

I definitely find that I’m leaning out slowly but surely and building a strong foundation around the midsection to match. Hopefully abs come through when I’m ready to go on my vacation in April - I will be working hard to get them in time!

I have introduced cable flies for chest in addition to the chest fly to further stimulate the pec muscles and I’m finding the pump is way harder and long loading by adding another 2-3 sets of the cable flies on top of my usual chest routine.

Tomorrow I’ll be training some BJJ in the morning and will be pretty knackered so I’ll see you boys on Saturday or Sunday for the next weights session log.

Also quick question, are there any products you guys use to look after your hair while on cycle? Please share!

The cable flys is always a good and gives you a nice pump. Keep pushing the abs and stay on track with your diet, they’ll be ready to show off soon.

Hair is something you can try to maintain, but genetics play a big role!!

Hey guys, checking in for the third time this week.

After a very intense BJJ Session on Friday I thought I would take the weekend off but I had some extra motivation this afternoon so I hit a good leg session.

I find (as most people do) legs pretty tedious to train so Ill always find the time to do them when I’m mentally up for it as the emotional motivation can carry me through.

As it will be about 2 and a half days off since Friday for my upper body by tomorrow morning, I’ll definitely be smashing a big arms and shoulders session then and look forward to another picture to update you guys on the physique!

Lastly, but definitely not to be overlooked, I want to give a huge shoutout to @gearmaniac101 who has already hooked me up with my first order this year arriving just a few days after I contacted him!

Definitely hit him up if you are after any kind of PEDS.

Hey guys,

Reporting back from the last couple of days as I head to the MMA gym for a couple hours of BJJ.

Yesterday morning I hit a monstrous upper body session (see pic below) and the biggest changes I’m noticing is a bit of the excess fat coming off. It’s definitely noticeable to others too and I’m super excited about chipping away at the little bit of fat to go whilst still making good size gains week by week.

I also got a pretty nasty tren cough yesterday post-injection so after I finish this last vial of tren E I think I’m going to replace it with something less potent/androgenic while maintaining my test base. I’m thinking of using bold as I’ve had experience with it before and it’s less androgenic than test but if you guys have any other suggestions of compounds to replace tren with please let me know and give your reasoning! I’d be super interested

Smashing it, dream combo, melting off fat putting on muscle.

Tren cough happens when you hit a vein and a bit of Tren gets into your blood. It causes your lungs to freak out :). Always aspirate and inject slow to avoid it.

If you’re looking to replace the Tren E, EQ is an option. It’s easier on the sides and you’ll still get steady lean gains, good appetite, and vascularity. Just keep an eye on your RBC levels if you’re running it for a while.

Another option is Masteron. It’s mild compared to Tren but still gives you that hard, dry look, especially if your body fat is dropping. Also has anti-estrogenic properties which can help keep things balanced if you’re running a decent test dose.

Either way keep that test as your base, keep pushing hard in the gym and on the mats. Let us know when you make your switch, keen to see how it pans out for you!

Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement! Definitely leaning toward EQ as it has much lower androgenicity than other injectables. I’ll probably look at potentially dropping the test to 250 and running 600-800 EQ per week. I’ll definitely keep The log updated !

Had an absolutely MONSTROUS workout yesterday hitting a full body session.

Really feeling the typical weights I used to use feeling super light. 15kg bicep curls and 10kg lat raises are child’s play. Also maxed out my gyms lot tow machine which is almost 150kg which is pretty unreal. they say numbers don’t lie and if that’s anything to go by I am really getting bigger by the week!

The only concern I have is my hair so I’m thinking of ways to combat this. Potentially by dropping the tren all together, the test to 250 and brining in a higher amount of EQ as it’s not very androgenic.

Today I’m still taking it easy to recover from yesterdays session and will probably take tomorrow off too and do some weights again this weekend.

Honestly I’m kind of amazed how I haven’t experienced the serious sides from tren, I assume it’s because my diet is always absolutely 100% clean (only eat whole foods and drink water).

Tren results are great in terms of strength and overall hardness to the physique but it is highly androgenic which can contribute to hair loss/acne.

The only side I think I’ve had is some thinning of the hair which I’m not thrilled about but since you’re at peace with it I definitely recommend adding in 100-200mg tren E per week and see how you feel and evaluate from there :)

Cheers for the thorough reply bro I appreciate it. I was thinking of maybe adding in Tren A towards end of cycle, thinking the shorter ester might be the better option in case I develop sides. Just a thought atm but

Hey guys, checking in for the third and final time this week after hitting a juicy chest and tris session this morning.

I probably sound like a broken record at this point but really just loving the lifts going up literally by the week and sometimes by the day, likely because in addition to my diet and training being on point, I have been blasting probably a little too hard which, as I mentioned, hasn’t been great for my hairline.

As such, I am heavily considering just doing TRT for 2 months or so (125mg test per week) and perhaps throw in 50mg anadrol pre workout to give my body a bit of a rest and let my hairline stick around a bit longer.

With this being said though, the little voice in my head is saying **** the hair and keep going hard!

This is the tricky part that we probably all go through - balancing gains and everything else. It’s tough because once you get accustomed to such rapid and consistent progress it’s hard to lower your dosage but I’ll have a heavy think about it.
