prepped my 6 meals with prawns and barramundi and eggs as my protein and fats and rice as my carbs.. 1800 cals

after prepping this today i feel potatoes is better for carbs as higher volume, the rice spread out to 4 meals was not much each one.

should be having a day off tomorrow but i enjoy going to gym too much and might have to just copy todays workout lol or do a back day.

Congrats on breaking that 98kg barrier, should feel good to see progress.

Those meal preps sound delicious! Potatoes are my favourite, I normally just throw them in the oven.

It's good when your passion for the gym has died out. A lot of guys normally have to force themselves to get there... even me sometimes lol.

i find myself not being able to live without it lately it puts me in a bad mood if i dont go lol

been consistent with meal prepping and using retatrutide have no hunger much and no cravings since i upped my dosage to 5mg a week taken half on monday and half on tuesday.

tonight i also did barra with prawns and some smashed potato (spud lite)

will return to doing chest tomorrow hope to be at 96kg in the next few days and definitely getting leaner since starting more meals and proper macros..

had a few sneaky beers cheat day on saturday but everything is on track im almost at 96kg and belly fat is slowly melting.

having alot of fun with meal preps.

looking forward to reaching 96kg next week.

i have learnt that mince is not protein packed as i thought so will look at putting more chicken and barra and steak
 
Thursday 13th

been following the new training app from The Terminator himself

warmup was on the treadmill and also the warmup excersises omn the app

excersises are pretty simple but its just good to have some structure, it has alot of rest days and this is the advanced program but you must do the fundamentals first.

on days pf rest i do cardio and if i feel like lifting i do body parts ive been lacking on like lower back and abs

my nutrition i have taken a break from a bit this week and my weight is sitting on 97 or low 98kg

the workout i did today was a killer leg workout.. dumbell lunges, leg press, squats and other excersis that killed my legs and could barely walk..
makes me feel like the routines i have been doing are pretty weak..lol

i have decided next week i will change up the diet a bit and stick to meat, eggs and veg and egg whites over 4 larger meals and a shake

looking forward to increasing test soon and getting back into my cycle

Leg session sounds brutal 👌 nothing like struggling to walk after legs, gives you a sense of satisfaction. Very smart move with the new app. It'll be fresh and something new to focus on especially if you’ve been doing your own thing before. Keen to see how the diet switch goes too. Meat, eggs and veg is always a solid base. Should pair well once you ramp the test back up.

looks as if ive put on weight but im feeling thinner in the mirror in the morning

Did chest and back exercises, moved my bench press up in weight to 80kg now, and have never really had a go at chin ups but i did about 6 straight each time for 3 sets..

cooked up a bunch of bbq steak and chicken, had a steak when i got home in the arvo after fasting most of the day and then had two chicken breast and two eggs for dinner.

will be injecting daily through the week, yesterday was test E, today was primo and retatrutide. tomorrow will be test e again

really enjoying the new program as it is pushing me to learn more and do more muscle groups..

fasting through the day has been good as i can pig out at night and save my calories. i am also enjoying fasted workouts,, but after the workout i need to go home and eat because im not nice to be around... lol

Looking thinner means somethings working (y)

I tried the fasting method and having one huge meal, loved it and it worked for me. I'm a strong believer that you should always switch things around also helps keep things different and interesting. Same thinking when it comes to training to switch training styles every once in a while.
