Second cycle want to do it right need help

Just went and did my bloods today had to drive to three different pathologies to find one open hahaha hopefully my results are back before Monday. I’ll post up the results when they are sent to me, im so excited hopefully everything is good 😁
 
Bloods came back everything seems good just my e2 was still a little high but that can be easily fixed I was thinking of starting my cycle next Monday just gonna do 300 test e and 200 mast and split them up into 3 Mon Wed and Fri very excited I’ll post pictures and keep everyone updated my weight today is 85.7 diet and training is excellent train 6 times a week Sunday rest also do 30-45 mins of cardio after every session (averaging 13000 overall steps daily)
 
Hopefully mast keeps e2 symptoms in check - that’s a sensible stack. Longer action sustanon seemed to keep my e2 lower but split doses should do similar thing. You could use a little less test for first couple of weeks as natural levels should be solid at your age and current condition

Sounds good I’ll do 250 test and 200 mast a week and see how that goes because there’s no point really increasing the test at my age, it would be better to keep it as minimal as possible coming off from the advice everyone has been sharing in this forum :)

Yep you're on the money with that setup. If your Test E is dosed at 250mg/ml and the Mast at 200mg/ml, then splitting them across three pins a week (mon/wed/fri) works out perfectly. You’d be doing 0.33ml of Test per pin, which gives you around 83mg each shot, adding up to 250mg for the week. Same deal with the Mast, 0.33ml per pin gives you roughly 66mg each time, totaling 200mg weekly. It’s a nice low volume protocol, easy to manage and keeps things steady without overloading your system. Keeping the Test on the lower end is smart too, less chance of bloat, estrogen sides or needing to play with ancillaries.

Good to see things working out well I bumped up my cardio to 45 mins to an hour every session and the results are starting to show, belly fat and love handles are being burnt off very nicely think I’m around 15-17 percent BF I’ll start my cycle next week Monday just to get that little edge and cut down to hopefully 15 percent by then will post photos and keep this forum updated thanks for the advice everyone it’s really appreciated 😁
 
Made some tweaks to my diet I’m eating less carbs and they are mainly focused before my workouts I am eating 1600 cals 200 grams of protein around 60-80 grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of fat diet mainly consists of chicken breast and extra lean beef mince with broccoli I don’t use oil to cook just use low cal taco seasoning and for sauce I use ayam low cal sweet chilli sauce around 5 cals per serving. favourite meal of the day is my breakfast which is also my pre workout meal mainly consists of 40g of rolled oats 125g of low fat Greek yoghurt 1 scoop of protein powder and some blueberries and a banana all mixed in ends up being around 450 cals and keeps me full till lunch time but long story short diet is amazing I don’t cheat meals or snack on anything it’s really a matter of how bad I want this transformation and my mind is bullet proof at this stage
