How did your Thursday start? I kicked off my morning by sucking on 20mg of anavar (a quality product supplied by @gearmanic101 ) in my morning shower followed by 5mg of tadalafil.
Then out to wake up the kids and get them ready for schools and smash down some breakfast
150g of egg white and 1 max shred system choc shake
School run done and time to fight morning peak out to get to the gym before the pre workout kicks in ( today combo of grape krupt villian and watermelon krupt meltdown)
Off to gym knowing in back of my mind I had a stack of work to do today and also school pickup and kids dance classes and gotta make dinner and mind was full.
Got to the gym and couldn't focus and only did half ass workout but will try get some body weight exercises in over the day
