Approved Log My journey to a better life

How did your Thursday start? I kicked off my morning by sucking on 20mg of anavar (a quality product supplied by @gearmanic101 ) in my morning shower followed by 5mg of tadalafil.

Then out to wake up the kids and get them ready for schools and smash down some breakfast

150g of egg white and 1 max shred system choc shake

School run done and time to fight morning peak out to get to the gym before the pre workout kicks in ( today combo of grape krupt villian and watermelon krupt meltdown)

Off to gym knowing in back of my mind I had a stack of work to do today and also school pickup and kids dance classes and gotta make dinner and mind was full.

Got to the gym and couldn't focus and only did half ass workout but will try get some body weight exercises in over the day

Sounds like a hectic Thursday. When things get like that maybe take a few minutes before your workout to clear your head and get in the zone. A little mental prep can really help you focus and stay motivated. Balancing life and gym time is always tough but it looks like you're still getting it done. That's the main thing.

Figured a half ass workout was better than sitting on the couch like I was doing 12months ago.

I still managed to get 15k steps in for the day, few sets of sit up and some dumbell exercises in thought out the day.

Probably should have just walked the dog and focused on cardio then complete my work for the day.

Nothing like a bit of var in the shower 🤌

Results are up there man. It's good to have some equipment at home. I actually need to invest in some, I have a partof my garage that I can turn into a little workout area. Just been lazy to oganise :confused:

Morning routine at moment var and cialis in the shower 😂 helps me not forget it

I only have 5kg dumbells they are the heaviest the wife purchased over covid when she got idea of getting fit and gave up

They work well for supersets and something is better than nothing

After gym feed - 200g extra lean beef mince and 200g egg white and 1 maxs shred system choc shake yum.

Then off to go buy a new suit for the horse racing this week

Numbers are looking good. Good luck finding a suit, one of my biggest pains is finding one that fits well. Always need to get it tailored
Thanks have found while they are cheap( good for replacement event suits)
Connor do mix and match suits so you can get pants different size to jackets

So was able to get 32in pants with a 44in jacket for a great fit

Yeah some places do that, but I just find that when you go bigger on the jacket the arms are too long.

I've seen these suits on socials where the material of the suit is stretchy. I'm actually thinking of giving that a go next time.

I can tell you, I wish I checked my bloodwork sooner, I wish I knew how much low test effects your life in a negative way.

I believe any man who presents himself to a GP with anxiety, depression or excessive tiredness should have to get full hormone bloodwork before medication like anti depression us percribed

100% with you there on the bloodwork and the mental health issues. I just had bloodwork done this morning by doctors orders to check for low T (Due to ED). Not sure if the one from the GP has all the same tests as a imedical sports bb2, so I might get one of those also , and get a second opinion.

I like imedical as they keep all your bloodwork on your portal so you can log in when ever you want and see all your bloodwork
