Up at 4:30am grabbed 10mg of cialis and double scoop of villian pre workout and in the car to check out derrimut 24 newest gym in Port Melbourne

Some crazy different equipment i hadn't seen before, super clean and nice. Feel it will have a very night club vibe on a Friday and Saturday night tho with lots of girls with tripods and working out in underware and boys with short shorts and no tops

Looks like you had the whole place to yourself, nice! I've recently upgraded from a tiny gym to one similar to this, it's definitely helped with the motivation.
It's that big there was about 20 people there.

I train normally at a derrimut 24 closer to my house but has some click and collects for the wife to pick up in city so thought why not try out the newly opened derrimut.

The derrimut i train at normally is like 2 or 3 bunnings warehouses put together just huge sometimes you get lost in all the options

I haven't tried Derrimut gyms myself, but I've heard they can get pretty crowded. It looks like the one you visited is quite new.

It's can get crazy if you train at regular times

I always train either 5am or 9am when people gave work or are sleeping 😴
 
Christmas 🎄 eve
Wife is working
School holidays so hard to time gym so instead have focused on the cardio

We dusted off the bikes and went for a father daughters ride around our area

10.5km bike ride stopping at a few parks

Then while they have some lunch quick 45min sesh on the walk pad

Feeling good ready for the new year

Thanks brother. I feel better than I have in my entire life. However now I have started I look in mirror and see how far I still have to go.

School holidays get busy and a shift working nurse wife makes things interesting when fitting in training but it's all part of life
 
Merry Christmas brothers, 🎅 my Christmas morning started with 50mg of testosterone C and 50mg of masteron

Then it was out to play santa before getting family to church before heading to one of Melbourne famous pekin.duck restaurants for our Christmas lunch

Boxing day - time to try burn off some of them peking duck from yesterday..

So wake up at 7am get the kids feed and make my pre workout and creatine mix while I wait for the boss to get home from Christmas night duty.

8am off the gym to train with a mate and hit some back and shoulders

I was in there trying to burn off all sweets from yesterday... :rolleyes:

Back on to eating clean today.

Flexing for photos can always be tricky, lighting makes a big difference as well.
 
Sweets is my weakness
That is hard as they are so calories dense too.. I do like some ice cream and found peters light and creamy slabs are good only like 80 calories I normally have these with a crumpet, banana and sugar free chocolate syrup if I am craving sweet
 
So no gym today but went for a 10km hike with a friend up through a local national park. We got to a large opening and spent half an hour sitting as he helped guide me though some meditation 🧘‍♂️

I am not great at stopping or even sitting still so was a good chance to try clear the mind.

Over all great rest day with 15,000 steps competed for the day in total

Perfect way to mix things up and meditation is such a good way to relax.
