I break up two wheetbix add little hot water and the protien powder of choice mix them together and flatten
Then layer protien yogurt and if you want fruit and make it pretty with some sugar free chocolate sauce
Cover over night and enjoy

While it's a light weight it give a good burn and pump for days I can't get to gym.

How much are these scans nowadays? I had some done years ago and I forget how much I paid, I don't remember them being cheap.So a little but of a different update today. I went for a full body Dexa scan to stat tto understand my body composition
