have been still hitting it hard, did a massive arm day today.

Got 4 days till family holiday. So have been flat out with work but still got 4 gym day in this week

So this morning started with 5mg of cialis before a hot shower followed with 50mg of testosterone C from @gearmaniac101

Ok bit of a personal update as had been away from my blog but still training.

Age - still 41
Height -183cm
Weight - 97.4kg
Body fat - 13.8% as of dexa scan in November
Current cycle/protocol - still only 150mg of testosterone C or E per week ( 3 x 50mg injections )

Bloodwork - every 12 weeks via I medical

Choice of pharmaceutical supplies - @gearmanic101

Diet- have increased my calories from 1750cal per day ( did this for 26weeks dropped from 35% bf to 13.8%) Current calories 2200 non training days 2400 training days

Macro - P 50% f 25% c 25%

Diet - still mainly whole non processed foods except supplement of Max's protein shakes

Training -min 3 days per week trying to get 1 or 2.extra per week where family life permits - always morning training

Goals - still to be a jacked father so any crusty musty who wants to date my daughters change their minds

Future cycle plan - addition of masteron in January
 
5am Wednesday started with 50mg of testosterone C and 5mg cialis and a double scoop of krupt villian pre workout ( crazy currant flavour off the chain)

So last month I booked in for a dexa scan to see my progress and check how I was really going

So extremely proud to say the least from my starting point to now.

Still have a bit more BF to loss but from starting at well over 35% in 26 weeks making this amount of progress i am proud

Good to see your posts again @trespassing_minds

Your dedication alone will get you the results you want. I find that's the hardest thing to hold on to when trying to stay fit and healthy. Most of us struggle with that I reckon. You should be proud of your results. Well deserved 💪 👊

It's having like minded people around me which helps. Also the reaction when I run in to people who haven't seen me for 12 months who go wow Dam your shoulders are huge brother

Looking good old boy!! Just finished reading through your log and you’re killing it man, consistency and motivation are key.

I’m 40 next year, and my youngest (and only daughter) is only 3 so looks like I’m aiming to be a jacked 50 something year old to scare of the boys haha.

Keep smashing it man, I look forward to seeing you further progress moving forward. Don’t be afraid to treat yourself over Xmas there’s no harm in it. Accept it, enjoy it, then back into routine we go 💪🏼

Congratulations on being a dad, I really think it's one of the best things in the world . Being your daughter is only 3 you got a number of years to be the jacked hulk dad doing school pickups to keep them boys in line.
