You can really start seeing the difference. It motivates when you compare photos vs looking at the mirror everyday.Getting a bit of an awkward flex on bit fell as if I am getting stronger but still long way to go.

20mg first thing in morning and 10mg lunch and 10mg dinner
Found my sleep became disturbed and speaking with another user he found this on anavar
So I have swapped out and changed to 20mg morning and 20mg lunch and sleep has returned to normal
