These device are great for tracking progress but don’t trust the numbers too much. They’re not that accurate... I wish they were though! :)
I figure that as a base from my beginning figure using same app and watch it helps just track the progress

I need to get my act in to gear and book a dexa scan for some more accurate details
 
Training looking good... with the Anavar, how's 20mg a day going for you?
So I was doing 40mg per day
20mg first thing in morning and 10mg lunch and 10mg dinner

Found my sleep became disturbed and speaking with another user he found this on anavar

So I have swapped out and changed to 20mg morning and 20mg lunch and sleep has returned to normal

More for my own records, I attempted some measurements using a dress makers tape i found in the laundry.
measurements were done mid day after lunch ( prob bad time to do it )

Abdominal ( around belly button) 36.5in
Hips - 36in
chest - 47in around my titties
thighs - right 25in left 24in
bicep - right relaxed 14in, flexed 16in
left relaxed - 13.5in, flexed 16in

I have booked in for a full Dexa scan and consultaion next week thursday, so will have a bit of a better body composition understanding soon .

So crazy week ahead for me with the wife away on a conference so in charge of getting both kids to school, dance classes and swimming each day. I had worst sleep in months with brain going nuts.

My day started pretty tired but got up had my hot shower and prepared for the day.

0.3mg of test E and 20mg anavar ( will have another 20mg just before lunch)
220g of egg whites and a strawberry maxine shake ( as I had ran out so used the wife's)

School run and then off to gym 🏋️‍♂️

You can really start seeing the difference. It motivates when you compare photos vs looking at the mirror everyday.


Are you enjoting the ride.. apart from when your wife goes away :)?
To be honest I hate gym still, it's not something I am passionate about.

Building a better physique and living a longer life are the goals.

If i had of keeps going down path I was I would have more than likely been dead in 5yrs from alcohol induced overdose.

Strangely i love learning, so reading and researching how to improve my health lead me here and now it's researching getting most benefits from one TRT and 2 the time in the gym 🏋️‍♂️

Good to hear you figured out the dosing that works better for you. A lot of it's trial and error with these things.
