Hey fellow body sculpting legends

Quick update weight in today no weight change still sitting 96.5kg

Diet still at 1750cal to 1850cal per day

Smashed in what I felt like was a decent morning session today see the attached image for workout

Excited as my deliver from gearmanic should arrive today and can begin to add some anavar to my testosterone injections

So i am waiting on my express delivery from Gearmanic which is expected to be here today. Couple of vials of Test C and Some Anavar.

This means i can begin to add Anavar to my Test injections this week, Would love some advice on this addition and compound.
  • Dose - i have been told split in to 2 per day - maybe 30-40mg per day ?
  • Feel - What should you be expecting to feel and time line ?
  • Side effects - what sides should i be monitoring ?
  • any other useful knowledge from people who have run Anavar

First off, congrats on the incredible progress! It’s awesome to see you taking charge of your health and making such significant changes. Dropping that amount of weight and cutting your body fat down to 19% in just a few months is not easy.

Splitting your Anavar dose into two per day 30mg is spot on and will keep your levels stable. You should start feeling stronger and more energised within the first 1-2 weeks and you’ll likely notice better muscle definition with less water retention. Anavar is generally mild on sides but keep an eye on bloods and particularly liver strain.

Thank you, hasn't been an easy job to drop bf % but had to do it.

I have been splitting my anavar over 3 dosage. Morning lunch and dinner
Taking it sublingual

I have noticed now a week in about 30min after it dissolved under my tongues my appetite goes insaine. Literally starving is this normal
 
Anavar isn’t really known for making you really hungry, but it can ramp up your metabolism which might explain why you're starving after it kicks in. It’s not super common but it’s possible if you’re in a calorie deficit or burning through food faster. Stick with the clean meals and if the hunger’s an issue maybe time your meals around it.

I am in a good calorie deficit still
Sitting at 1750 to 1850 cal - I weight every thing I am eating even the scoop of protien powder for shakes.

Am currently 183cm and back down to 96kg
