Current body weight is around 95-96 in the morning still have abs in most poses not as defined Iam happy with that strength is still going up eating around 4-6 k cals not tracking as much as I would like Iam going to start tracking everthing again also doing 20 mins of the spin bike 5x a week along with 10 k steps just want to push the food a bit more without getting pudgy

4 - 6k cals is a big range I reckon and without tracking it's hard to know if you're actually in a small surplus or going too much. Tracking even for a week or two could help. The thing here is if you’re clean with the food and monitor weight gain week to week you can definitely push cals a bit more without getting soft. You just need some structure ;)

Yeah I’ve always tracked food but went on holiday got lazy for 2 weeks then it was my brothers birthday and my birthday so I didt take them, yeah I weigh myself in the morning ever day and track it and track how my body looks in the mirror
 
86 to 100 is nice jump. Does it feel like you’ve packed on some real size or is it more water weight from the cycle?
I think a bit of both I went from incline dumbell pressing 50s for 8 to be able to do 58s for 8 in that amount of time so def a bit of both looking a lot more full to
