2025 Competition Log- Meal Plan

Meal 1

40g WPI and 20g Collagen protein
50g Freedon Cerel
10g prebiotic fibre support
1 small banana or 100g mixed berries
20g nut butter
10g glutamine
15g creatine

Post Workout shake

50g WPI in water
75g natural confectionery snakes or three pieces fruit (pear/orange/apple)
5g glutamine

Meal 2
280g chicken / 295g beef meatballs
230g pumpkin or 180g potatoes
50-100g mixed green vegies
50g avocado
5g glutamine

Meal 3
280g Roasted Chicken / 295g beef meatballs
230g pumpkin or 180g potatoes

50g WPC casein

600mg s/c with 5mg of Cialis added in to my morning routine. Helps mobilise some fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Clen has been pulled out today, 2 weeks at 60mcgs has driven 2.8kg weight loss

SLU-PP-332 is available, but going to hold off for 1-2 weeks

Re-sensitise ready for the run home where clan and SLU will be added with Anavar should get me to the end.

Hey brother, do you cop much sides from the Tren?
Normally, I've used tren a upto 50mg daily in previous blasts, which really messed with my sleep combined with night sweats. Mentally just more direct and sarcasm off the chain, with a zero tolerance for bullshit.

This time I'm using it very different, tren e at a total dose of only 100mg a week divided into 50mg twice a week. Only side effect so far 8 weeks into it is night sweats. But is it having a benefit at the current dose, wont know until the end 😉.
