Caution with GLP’s it is not muscle sparing make sure you prioritise protein, resistance training, and social macro focus.

I’ll def have my photos posted tommow before the comp ends, Reta imo is pre good just need to hit my protein
 
Looks like you had a pretty successful journey, clear improvements from your initial photos…
 
cycle for the past 6-8 weeks 250 test 5 mg Reta 5 ius gh bit of clen when I feel like it 1-2 x per week at 80 mcg
