I won't the biggest drive to do leg day is that they are the biggest muscles and therefore do the most calorie burning. Plus, it's very satisfying to lift heavy.
well the ice cream was mostly a success. the sugar free choc chips I chucked on top sucked so I won't add them again. not 100% if all the weird flavour was from them or the protein powder, might need to experiment more, but has decent potential. But it's just blended banana and protein powder. Pretty good for 160cal with 15g protein.
Yesterdays food diary, smashed the protein, calories burned. Frustrated today though, stuck at home with a sick kid, so no gym for me. Going to try and get something done with my limited equipment at home. but its far less motivating at least, maybe I'll feel the need when the preworkout kicks in.
If the test is doing anything I'm definitely at least getting a confidence boost placebo something effect.
But I feel like it's starting to work, a lot of my lifts that were stuck on a plateau have started progressing again. And it feels ****ing awesome that all my bodyweight calisthenics exercises (pullup, chin up, dips) are all weighted now.
