Been eating well lately, though I had two days where I had a few drinks with my partner. Might’ve cancelled out the deficit I've been working on but still sitting at 99.9kg currently. Back on the horse and if I have more drinks throughout this period it'll be accounted for in calories. I don't tend to drink often generally.

Lifts are a bit tougher on this deficit but I blame it on how I structure my calories throughput the day. I generally workout in the morning, but consume most of my calories from 2pm onwards.
Shift more of your calories earlier (before training) in the day if you're training in the morning. You’ll feel stronger during lifts and hold onto more muscle in the deficit. Also don’t stress the drinks too much bro just stay consistent. Just make sure your recovery matches your output.
 
@BigAPE thanks for the tips mate I'll give that a try, I tend to backload calories because I worry I'll get real hungry late in the night at work I'm a bit of a softy haha. Thanks mate appreciate the good words :) I'll put up another progress photo in a few weeks after hopefully successful effort beginning the cut lol

Calf raise 235kg 10,10,10
Incline bench 80kg 8,7,6
Bodyweight Dips 9,9,9,9
Standing flyes 105kg 4x10
Lateral raise 60kg 4x10
JM Press 40kg 8,8,8,8
Bicep curls 14kg 15,12
Ab crunch machine 30kg 15,13

Got Tuesday-Thursday logs coming, had family in hospital so things went a bit off plan but this week should be back to normal!

 
Not really Thursday, was Saturday

Bench press building up reps to 120kg for 2
Deadlift 2 sets of 5 with 140kg
Bodyweight pull ups for 3 sets of 4 + assist
Finish with 15kg curls 2x10 and some Forearm exercises

Diet was not dialed in over some days just lost track of it all with what went on during the week. I expect to weigh 100kg again tomorrow but will keep my calories consistent as I believe it was working with my cardio.

Still on 2500 calories with ~30 min cardio 4 x weekly

Life happens bro, don’t stress. You’ll get back on track easy. Main thing is you’re aware of it.
 
Poor log effort last week, I was going to upload it all but I'll start fresh this week, but 98.2kg today, I expect some nbounce back however.

A lot of potential there my friend. You still have time to smash this comp. I reckon you start posting your workouts regularly with your foods and cals that you eat everyday. If you can commit to that it will make a big difference.
