Hey everyone, I haven't been able to log, train or even eat anything very nutritious due to the extreme weather conditions, losing electricity, good shortages and all of the food I had and meal preps being spoiled amidst the chaos.

I'll return as soon as some order is restored here on the Goldy!

It's been quite a nightmare that's for sure. I hope things improve for you and that there wasn’t too much damage. It’s tough when everything feels out of order. Take care
