Approved Log My Training Log

Hey everyone, I haven't been able to log, train or even eat anything very nutritious due to the extreme weather conditions, losing electricity, good shortages and all of the food I had and meal preps being spoiled amidst the chaos.

I'll return as soon as some order is restored here on the Goldy!

Stay safe out there anyone else who was affected
It's been quite a nightmare that's for sure. I hope things improve for you and that there wasn’t too much damage. It’s tough when everything feels out of order. Take care 👊

Very pleased to say I'll be posting some results and back to logging as of tonight after a hardcore workout I'll be posting my updates. Hope everyone's killing their goals!!!

Purchased some new weights 6 X 9kg Samson's so I can finally start increasing the weight I'm able to play with at home.

Going to start training before work as I'm no longer starting in the afternoons into nights I'm on 9:30pm 5-7am Shift. I've had fluctuations of weight gain and dropping weight because of the delay in my training due to Hurricane ****face.

I started at 80kgs and saw 86.5kgs on the scales. Being 6'3 with an extremely fast metabolism is difficult when I'm especially not a big eater so force feeding myself is the only way. Asides from that, I've got a bit more balance and I can be more consistent with my blogging again.

I'll be posting some updated pics next week also now it's week 7 on cycle.

Missed you guys and hope you're all getting them gains!

There was enough damage to break my lease and move house, but in saying that next house will have a mega home gym setup between what I have and what my housemates have.

Glad you’re coming out the other side with some momentum. It's not easy what you went through.

Those plates will definitely help, nothing like having a bit more weight to throw around at home. Training before work on that night shift grind ain’t easy either, so props for staying on track. Routine shift can wreck most people.

Pushing food  force feeding ain't fun, but you’re doing what needs to be done.

Glad to see you back posting, keep the updates coming 💪
