Another week pushing hard despite frustration at a lack of progress but hit lots of new records today.

And as frustrated as I am at what feels like a lack of progress and that damn chubby fat gut not going away, I am reminded why I take loads of progress photos.

Just gotta keep going without going insane and patiently waiting to for my funds to improve so I can cheat a little.
That's some progress there man! 👊

Mid area has definitely shown that your making progress. I haven't logged in for a while but can see that your consistency is paying off. Don't be frustrated cause your doing everything properly. It's working.

Really appreciate the feedback. Gunna keep on pushing on.

@SpoonT how do you find the rowing machine, not one of my favourites 😂
Honestly it's just the lesser evil, I hate all forms of cardio bar one, but I feel like skipping a cardio warmup is a mistake, best all body warmup I figure is assault bike or the rower and I definitely prefer the rower.

I'm not a cardio lover either 😂 I find the stepper gets me sweating heaps. Especially on the higher settings, I do it for about 20 to 30mins depending how I feel.

That sounds like torture, but the stepper is probably what I'd suffer on for a long stint of cardio, just 3 minutes on the rower is rough. Though at that point I'd rather take the dog for a long walk.

Look it does get easier the more you do it but I only do it for the calorie burns, dont enjoy it at all.
