Just gotta keep going without going insane and patiently waiting to for my funds to improve so I can cheat a little.

Mid area has definitely shown that your making progress. I haven't logged in for a while but can see that your consistency is paying off. Don't be frustrated cause your doing everything properly. Honestly it's just the lesser evil, I hate all forms of cardio bar one, but I feel like skipping a cardio warmup is a mistake, best all body warmup I figure is assault bike or the rower and I definitely prefer the rower.@SpoonT how do you find the rowing machine, not one of my favourites![]()

That sounds like torture, but the stepper is probably what I'd suffer on for a long stint of cardio, just 3 minutes on the rower is rough. Especially on the higher settings, I do it for about 20 to 30mins depending how I feel.
