How often should I take arimidex?
Really depends if you need it or not?

Taking ai if you don't need will tank your estrogen. Do you have any sides like bloating, sensitive nipples, mood swings or high BP?

You should get your bloodwork done. This will be the best way to know if you need it and how much.

Get yourself to the doctor and get a blood test for your hormones brother then take adex if you're
e2 is higher than 100 if your getting sides i would just take half a tab before you see the doctor
but definitely should have bloods done at least every few months

Yeah I’m thinking about removing it and trying some different compounds I’ve been thinking about hopping on Decca I wanna add sus I’ve been on it before and really liked it I might add some mk as I didn’t see many results with dbol if you have any compounds I should think about adding please let me know
Let's sort out your calories and bloods first bro.

Give us list of your average week and calorie count per day. All your gains will be coming from that.. compounds are honestly secondary.

Sorry everyone completely forgot to check my log so I’ll answer everything in this.
I do definitely need arimidex I’ve been taking 1 full tablet a week my gyno is horrible I have very sensitive nipples I do have mood swings and I haven’t checked my bp this cycle as I can’t find my bp monitor I’ll try to find it so I can post bp
I do plan on getting my blood work done at some point soon when I get it done I’ll post the results straight away I haven’t started counting cals yet so I can’t give a count but I do eat lots of meats pastas eggs breads and I won’t lie I eat a lot of junk food I wanna start eating even more meats than I already do

I think I have to stop steroids
Most of you might think this is complete bullshit but I really don’t know what the **** is happing and it’s really starting to freak me out
I’ll start with the weirdest part first
Some nights I’ll lay down my eyes open always when I’m tired always when it’s dark and before I’m actually about to go to sleep and i won’t actually fall out of bed but it’s like I hallucinate falling out of bed like it looks so real but I’ll never hit the ground again my eyes are open when it happens my room looks exactly the same when it happens and it’ll happen multiple times in a row before it stops when this happens I also can’t move when it happens it feels so real like it feels like I actual am falling but again I never once have hit the ground it’ll stop right before I hit the ground I’ll then see that I’m in bed still and then instantly start falling again I don’t know how long this last for but it happens multiple times in a row before it stops.
The second thing I believe is pulsatile tinnitus as i looked up what was happing and I found that the symptoms I’m experiencing are the same
I actually looked up the first one as well and it sleep paralysis came up but I’ve never herd a story like I’ve had I thought people only saw figures not what was happening to me I promise you all I’m not bullshiting I’m generally consurned for my health I’m going to book in to see my doctor and talk to him about this I’m going to hop off cycle I will be telling my doctor I’m on steroids and exactly what I’m running if anyone thinks it could be anything else please let me know
Also with the first one I can’t tell the difference between the “hallucinations” and reality even though it happens multiple times in a row every time it happens I don’t know it’s fake and it’s been the same hallucination multiple nights it’s never actually been anything different

Also the tinnitus shit happens every night but the the hallucinations don’t happen every night

And also the reason I know I can’t move when it happens is after I fall it’s like I teleport back to where I actually am if that makes sense and I’ll try to move and I can’t then I’ll fall again and it’ll repeat I don’t know how long it lasts for but I don’t think it lasts to long if I had to guess it’s probably about 2 to 5 mins ik I sound completely ****ing Insane I promise you I’ve never had mental problems nothing like this happened on my first tren cycle this hasn’t been happing since the start of my cycle I can’t say exactly when it started but I believe it started once finished my first vial of tren and started using the second vial

I think I have to stop steroids
That's the smartest decision I've seen in your log, buddy. Please see a doctor and get a full check-up. It's important to stop all steroids and focus on the basics ... nutrition and well-being. That's all you need right now.

I hope you follow through!
