Dropping 2% body fat in three months is also decent progress. It’s steady, sustainable and won’t mess you up like crash dieting. If you wanna speed it up a bit, just tighten up your diet and make sure you're in a small calorie deficit. Maybe throw in a bit more cardio or crank up the intensity in your workouts. You're in the right direction brother
