Glad to hear shoes helped .Small things like that makes a difference. What was the kgs and sets you did for squats?Didn't avoid squats for once. Tried the combo of lifting shoes without my othotics and form felt pretty good, if heavy.
100kg x 8, then 105 x8 for 2 more sets.Glad to hear shoes helped .Small things like that makes a difference. What was the kgs and sets you did for squats?
Solid. Are you using a belt? Adds that extra support and piece of mind when you go heavy100kg x 8, then 105 x8 for 2 more sets.
I wasn't but afterward I was thinking I need to add that back in too. For that stability. Depends on if you consider 100kg heavy for notSolid. Are you using a belt? Adds that extra support and piece of mind when you go heavy
It's whenever you think you need it. Rebel sport have one that does the job. I have the same one but an older version.I wasn't but afterward I was thinking I need to add that back in too. For that stability. Depends on if you consider 100kg heavy for not![]()
Absolutely. Once I'm there I'm locked in and focussed.Hardest part, is to actually get to the gym. Once your there its easy. And then when you leave it's the best satisfaction!
You're probably not wrong, I get a good 6k-7k in most days, it'd probably only need to take the dog for a walk to hit 10k. I'm sure the dog would like that.Might sound like a broken record lol, but I think if you can fit steps into your day, it'd do wonders.
That's still good, but if you can just hit the 10k consistently, you won't regret it.You're probably not wrong, I get a good 6k-7k in most days, it'd probably only need to take the dog for a walk to hit 10k. I'm sure the dog would like that.
The only form of cardio I do is steps. It's one of those things that you need to be patient with as it takes a little bit of time to see the results. Walking + Weight training its a great combo. That's still good, but if you can just hit the 10k consistently, you won't regret it.
