If i don't train i don't take it, i also don't consume any other caffeine if I have a coke I have the caffeine free coke zerosDo you find the pre-workout loses it effects after a while? I like to give it a break for a few days then start again. When I take it everyday, I never get that same rush.
Would probably be less effective if I drank caffeine everyday
So i normally only train 3 days week sometimes.4 so still large numbe of days off
