Do you find the pre-workout loses it effects after a while? I like to give it a break for a few days then start again. When I take it everyday, I never get that same rush.
If i don't train i don't take it, i also don't consume any other caffeine if I have a coke I have the caffeine free coke zeros

Would probably be less effective if I drank caffeine everyday

So i normally only train 3 days week sometimes.4 so still large numbe of days off

So last night a mate dropped me off some home.made Turkish chilli dip which I stupidly ate the entire container

So at 5am when I headed to gym all my tummy was thinking about what the nuclear power plant burning in my guts from So.much chilli

When i check in to hotel went down to woolwo and grabbed couple packs of cold chicken breast some bananas and protien bars

Then quick stop at kmart for some gym shorts and off to the hotel gym

Really appreciate the support.
It's so hard visually seeing improvements as think mentally i still think of myself where I started.

But progress photos as daunting as they are help seeing when I look back.
 
That moment your alarm ⏰️ goes off at 5am and you think is this really worth it? Surely skipping one day won't hurt.

But then you realise skipping one day is like an sober alcoholic having just one 🍸 drink. It's a slippery slope to excuses and not training.

So i dragged my old ass out of bed, chewed on 10mg of cialis and downed some villan pre workout and went to gym

Only to realise my ear buds were not in my car fml - ok quick tracking on the phone 😒 and worst feeling as they are tracking back in Albury. I must have left them in the hotel.

Any recommendations on new buds to replace my galaxy bud 2 are welcome 🙏

Today marks 6 months since i took my first TRT injection. I remember my wife drawing up the syringe and me taking great trust in her 20yrs of nursing experience.

The last 6 months have made me think how much of my life did I miss living with naturally extremely low testosterone. I feel like I am actually living now not just going through the motions. I am as my wife puts it in my nice guy era she and others who have known me have all commented on how much nicer I am, I am less snappy and no longer the grump yelling dad.

6 months down can't wait to see what the next 6 months has to offer
