Sat morning sesh consisted of 1am wake up then 15min working on breathing and working on vacuum to strengthen stomach
Then to the gym for a 30min posing practice 2am to 2:30 followed by 15min stair master on level 5 then I hit the boat harbour for shuttle runs till 3:30am only 12wks out from today so hitting that cardio every other day but posing is the real test fkn he'll it makes me feel so unfit
 
Good morning AGW brothers & sisters Sunday morning training started at 1am with 15 minutes breath training Then hit the gym from 1:30am for chest day :
Cable fly 4 sets to failure
Incline DB press 4 sets of 15
Incline DB sleven press 4 sets of 15
Cable x overs 4 sets of 15
Flat barbell bench press 4 x15
Chest dips 4 x failure
Then did 30min of posing
20min stairmaster followed by
20 min shuttle runs down the harbour
Going to be a long 12wks as this was 3hr to complete and I am training 6 days a week including work but just gotta keep my eyes on the end goal & bring it.
 
Monday morning started @12:30am with breath training 15min sorting followed by back day :
Wide grip pullups 4 x 15
Wide grip lat pull downs 4 x 15
Bent over BB rows 4 x 15
Single arm DB rows 4 x 15
Seated cable rows 4 x 15
Hyper extensions 4 x 15
Machine rows Wide grip 4 x 15
Then followed by 30min posing practice
15 min stair master. No running TODAY as I am worried about doing to much cardio at this stage but will keep assessing throughout next 12wks.
Then home for morning shake and shower and pin 1ml test p & 1ml mast as always @ozsteroids

Afternoon AGW family Well started my first posing sesh with my posing coach who I will be working with right up to going on stage what a workout in itself so much to learn and practice and breathing exercises to hit daily to get my vacuums down pat
Posing is so underrated part of prep and getting vacuums and holding those poses under pressure .. on stage, would be hard.
 
Got a lot of respect for the boys prepping for stage. Posing’s a whole different game. It’s literally where physiques are won or lost. You can be peeled to the bone but if you can’t present it right the judges won’t see it. Controlling the breathing, keeping everything tight and move smooth without looking wrecked :ROFLMAO:. That’s the difference between just looking good and looking like a boss owning the stage.
 
That’s for sure @sillychilli much goes into posing especially the transition from pose to pose the breathing is so important im only doing 15min when I wake up on a empty stomach but the also practising posing for 30min after each gym sesh & working with 2 different posing coaches twice a week for a hour i know i still have 11wks 3days and I still dont know if that is enough time to get 2 routines down pat .

11 weeks is plenty IF you stay consistent. My humble opinion, the real key is drilling it until the transitions and breathing are second nature. Don’t get caught overthinking the full routine right now. Just lock in each pose, hold it solid without a shake, then flow into the next one. By show time you want to hit that routine half asleep and still look crisp.

Cheers @sillychilli plan is all about consistency brother sleep by 8 every night up by 1 for breathing , training , posing & cardio
With 1 on 1 posing with pro posing coach every fri afternoon & Sunday up until stage day so i do believe I will have it down pat come show day
 
Afternoon AGW what a week nothing in this world is meant to ezy i have been very consistent with my diet , training & posing but have been in hospital for last 3 days with my little man so I have living on canned tuna and got 1 workout in at least he got released today so hopefully the worst is behind us and I can get back into my daily routine.
I had scans done yesterday my BF is down at 5.1% but I need to put on another 2kg to be at 86kg so I had a refeed today and enjoyed that but regretted later as I felt way to full 😅

Then back home for my morning shake of rolled oats 50g protein with 20g peanut butter
