Commentary:
Had parent/teacher interviews this arvo which tanked my normal training routine. I will make up throughout the week however.
I’ve actually felt quite good removing carbs from my first meal of the day, and had been the only real major adjustment so far throughout the comp. Slight drop in weight as seen below.

Few exercises missed today due to equipment availability and running out of time. Pushed hard on what I did do. Still feeling a bit out of whack with next week not looking any better. Still adhering to the diet and other protocols.

Commentary:
Got bloods done earlier in the week, received my results today. Nothing too alarming thankfully, liver appears to be taking a beating from Tren despite being diligent with my cycle support supplements. Oestrogen had doubled since last lot of tests, however no noticeable or visible sides to be worried about. Tbh I’ve been slack with getting bloods done and something I will be more consistent with moving forward. Also helps having cheaper options through RoidSafe 👊🏼

Commentary:
Trained in a different gym over these 2 days and tbh I didn’t bother tracking lifts etc. With different equipment the weights are all different, varying tension etc and really throws things off for me from a tracking/overload perspective. These 2 sessions I just went by feel and just enjoyed the training, without worrying about if I was hitting certain numbers or not. Got a semi decent back shot too (see below). 👇🏼
