Approved Log My Transformation log

Sat morning sesh consisted of 1am wake up then 15min working on breathing and working on vacuum to strengthen stomach
Then to the gym for a 30min posing practice 2am to 2:30 followed by 15min stair master on level 5 then I hit the boat harbour for shuttle runs till 3:30am only 12wks out from today so hitting that cardio every other day but posing is the real test fkn he'll it makes me feel so unfit
