Approved Log My competition log - John smith 4929

Alright guys the time is here, I gotta say it’s been a good experience. However I’m not to proud with how I ended up. Especially when I look at what I was near the end of my cut. I completely blew out and kind of kept telling myself it’s okay I’ll get it back next week and now I’ve completely fallen off. I’m so flat out with running my business, trying to make time for my wife and 7month old daughter I’m just loosing motivation and drive. Doesn’t help that I’m off the tren and mass and now dropping the test but yeah good job to everyone, such a good community! Also end of my cut I was 83kg so I put on like 12kg in 7 weeks FML I’ll get back on track once my hormones are normal
Don't be too hard on yourself, you look great as is and family is super important. It's all just finding a balance at the time and things change and move on, confident you'll get back to it strong and you'll be working from a solid foundation.

Your effort over 17 weeks is commendable, and the process is undoubtedly challenging.

Incorporating a bulk and deficit phase over 24 weeks might have provided additional advantages for all in the competition.

The end of the deficit phase and transition to maintenance was an important milestone in my journey. My first attempt at reversing was challenging, but I learned valuable lessons. During the second attempt, I focused on increasing my protein intake during the first few weeks, then gradually added small amounts of fat, followed by carbs. Currently, I take about six weeks now to reverse diet out very cautiously, with a gradual increase of approximately 200 calories initially and about 100 calories per week until reaching maintenance levels around 2500-2700 calories.

You should be proud of the progress made so far; you've established a solid foundation, picked up some good data for next time, and that will make future efforts more manageable.
