Diet Overview:
Currently in week 9 of my 20 week cut my meals have been and will be the same throughout. Breakfast oats with blueberry’s and honey. Up n go, yakult, chicken thighs. First snack is protein bar and oat bar. Lunch is beef mince and rice. Next snack is a yo pro. After work meal is pasta with beef mince. Then dinner is chicken thighs and rice. Currently dying at 2467 cals. With a re feed days Friday Saturday Sunday upping my total calories by 300 for those days.

Training Schedule:
Train Monday - Friday every week with the occasional stepper and sauna on a the weekend. Training is the same set up just with slight changes to exercises and muscle focuses. Monday- legs quad focused, Tuesday push, Wednesday pull, Thursdaay legs hammy and calves, Friday is full upper.

Goal for the Competition:
loose fat/recomp look absolutely shredded while keeping size

Have you been geeting bloods done evey 6 weeks?
Honestly bro I get my pre cycle done and then I usually wait till weeks 8-10 depending on what I’m taking. Then I’ll do one at like weeks 16-18 depending how that one looks I’ll either wait till post cycle to do the next or I’ll do one around week 22. Because the eq takes around 6-8 weeks to hit peak concentration and I taper up on the test I don’t start at my max dosage I don’t really see the point at getting it done so early. I also know my tolerance for test e so makes things easier on the oestrogen side as I don’t need and ai unless I’m taking for than 700 ish on its own. The eq seems to help control it for me as well.
 
It sounds like you have got a solid plan in motion! It would be great to follow along over the next 11 weeks as everything comes together. Looking forward to it!
 
Have you done EQ before? Lot of mixed opinions with it.
Yeah bro I ran it for 16 weeks for my last bulk cycle was 650 test e, 400 eq and 300 npp felt amazing honestly. I personally love it, veins be popping like crazy. Just gotta keep and eye on blood pressure. I found it helped me run my test higher as well without needed an AI. on the contrary one of my mates ran it and hated it. Think you just gotta try it and find what works for you!
 
Following for sure! Looks like you know what you’re doing cycle wise bro. I’ve thought about running EQ to see what it’s like and how I respond to it.
