Looking solid for your first cycle. Impressive structure and your training split sounds pretty good. 3500–4000 cals is right where you want to be at your size. Just keep an eye on recovery with all that lifting plus b-ball twice a week. Consistency and food will carry you far on this comp. Keen to see how you progress.

Update Week 3:

Weight has been going up steady with morning weight around 94kg with fluffy abs. Have chest and tris again today so will see how the weight is moving today.

Nice work brother. Keep sharing man and just use this comp to keep yourself accountable. How's strength going, are you progressing with your weights?
Yeah working sets for chest are up like 20kg from the start. Noticing especially on presses. Back is progressing well also as have moved up around 30kg on pulldowns and rows. Plus legs have finally been coming in with limited knee pain and have added two plates on each side from the beginning. Overall weight is moving nice and sitting around 95-96 depending on the time of the day.

Finding its going really well. Overall feeling more mental clarity, and dialled when im in the gym. Pumps are really good especially on high carb days. Atm have come down with the flu so just trying to get better as fast as I can to get back into it all.

Good to hear things are clicking. Once that mental switch flips and the gym starts feeling dialled in it’s a whole different game. You back into full training now or still easing in after the flu?

Fully back into training now. Only really had 3 or 4 days off completely from the gym then was back into it. Gains have been steady and am happy with the weight and how im holding myself.

It'll help you heaps if you get into a routine where you post your training and foods. Especially that you're in the comp 💪

Training has been intense just have been inactive from the blog as have been up to my neck in uni work in my time off. I’ll try and be more consistent with the replies.
