Weight has been going up steady with morning weight around 94kg with fluffy abs. Have chest and tris again today so will see how the weight is moving today.

Weight keeps progressing each week and implemented 5mg of cialis as a pre workout today and found the pump to be wicked. Will update with photos next time on the blog but the tripod has been broken for a lil at the gym so just waiting on that.
