Hey everyone ! My name is Jack. Quick introduction, am 25 and my whole 8 years of hard training I have put on mass but have never really been able to show it, I got to a point where I took the bulk too far (113kg), i figured its time to grow up and lock in on my routine and cut down.

This began my journey down using gear maniac 2 years ago, and really trying to understand how to feel good in my body and looking in the mirror.

CURRENT SETUP:

Goal: 6 week reverse phase (week 3)

Half way into the reverse, metabolism is firing, weight is still dropping and food is still going up, LETS GO BABY

We were at a checkpoint with The calories, as they had dropped too low to go further: 1800calories on average.

Current Weight:96kg

Goal weight:91kg

Calories are now at a average of 2450

calories a week, with weight maintaining , recovery improving and metabolism rising

Diet Overview: TD - 2450 cals NTD -2240 Low day taken OUT!
 
2450 is a good number for your reverse diet. Keep monitoring your weight, body composition and energy levels and consider increasing by 100 to 150 kcal every 2 weeks until you reach your true maintenance, which should be around 3000 mark given your stats and training.
 
Current meal plan on this Journey:

3 meals a day typically:

250g chicken breast
70g asparagus
120g spiral hi protein pasta
30g kimchi

250g chicken breast
70g asparagus

30g kimchi

250g garlic prawns
290g spud lite potatoes
70g asparagus
30g kimchi

This keeps me satiated, hits my macros and ensures I am also getting my micros in

As we jump out of this recomp phase, the next phase will be a big drop last cut to end the year DICED.

With gear maniac ⚙️ I know it will be a breeze.

Calories will continue to drop in a couple weeks,

And I will be adding in 250mg mast E alongside my 250 test E to bring out the dryness and up the anabolic signalling whilst calories are low, in the last 4 weeks of the cut the plan is also to add in some 25mg Anavar daily too !

How are you finding Reta with GH? Retatrutide’s still pretty new and that combo's a bit niche... haven’t see many blokes your age running it.
