On the menu for the next 4 days: BBQ chicken drumsticks, roasted red sweet potatoes, and chicken breast steaks (forgot to grab a pic of the breast steaks, but I’ll add that later if I don’t forget

).
All of this is from Aldi’s Ready Set Cook line.
I did burn the drumsticks a little, but honestly I don’t mind.
Macros (per day, without breakfast):
- Protein: ~100g
- Calories: ~1300
Breakfast is usually just a cup of coffee and a Greek yogurt bowl, so total comes out to about
1700 cals with
120–140g protein.
