Log for Tuesday 21st October

Longer than expected day at work today cut my afternoon session short.

Definitely noticing the effects of lower than normal test following 3 weeks off whilst overseas. Recovery time has been a lot longer than expected haha haven’t felt this sore in ages. Legit had to skip legs today due to them being that sore!

Nonetheless had a solid arm session!

Log for Thursday 23rd October

Strength starting to come back slowly. Had to deviate slowly from the planned exercises due to equipment availability but maintained momentum and felt accomplished by the end of the workout.

Maintaining focus on form and ROM. Slight increase in weight and reps across some exercises without compromising form or tension. Good to feel it slowly coming back.

Log for Saturday 25th October

Impromptu camping trip on Friday with the family overruled my planned leg session.

Managed to sneak in a quick arm sesh Saturday afternoon when I saw a small window of opportunity 😂

Little bit more volume than usual. Pump was good, form and focus on point.

Starting to get a bit of shape back and looking a little fuller. A slight ego boost more than anything but it’s working lol.

Log for Monday 27th October

New week!! 1st session since my holidays that I’ve been able to complete a full planned workout. Whilst I still had to alter some planned exercises slightly, the bones of the workout remained solid.

Still playing around with macros. Probs sitting around 250ish carbs, 180 protein and about 50 fat. Looking leaner and not starving so I’m pretty happy just maintaining this for the time being. Meals are still basic ***** (tuna/chicken/rice etc) but easy to prepare and easy to manipulate if need be. I’m lazy so it just works haha.

1st of 2 pins for the week tonight. Cruising on 200mg Test E per week from @gearmaniac101 🫶🏼 Slowly feeling test levels getting back up there, noticeably in mood, strength and recovery.

Going in the right direction at least! Cant wait for my next cycle, just quietly 🤫

Log for Tues 28th October

First proper leg session in quite a few weeks, and it felt amazing. Was just a good solid sesh where I felt in control and focussed. I really want to bring my legs up so here’s hoping moving forward I can be as consistent as I’d like to be and see some gains.

Jumped on the scales fasted this morning. Slight increase in weight however feel like I’m looking better in the mirror. Miss how I looked when on cycle lol.

Quick arm workout today. I’ve been throwing a little more volume at arms in hope of bringing them up a bit. Strict form, more specific exercise selection. Has been very humbling, but I’m enjoying it.

Upper Body (minus shoulders)

Workouts getting better gradually. Just keeping it consistent with exercises. I like throwing in the fly movement in between the 2 x pressing movements to give the shoulders and triceps a little break lol.

Lower Body

Not an overly “big” session for volume etc but really pushed myself hard on these lifts. Probably went a little too heavy on the back squat, but it’s good to be keeping my leg training consistent and hopefully see some growth god dammit!! Seems no matter how I train them they just refuse to grow the stubborn dogs lol.

Legs are the hardest to grow, brother unless you’re one of the lucky ones with great genetics.

Upper Body

Strength is on the rise slightly across majority of lifts without getting too carried away. Loving the addition of rack pulls into my back workouts. Tbh I don’t know i ever dropped them but looking to keep them in as a staple exercise for the next few months at least.
