Anavar 40mg
PCT: Nolvadex 20mg
Cycle 2 (10 weeks + 4-6 week PCT):
Test E (500mg)
Either Mast or Arimidex havent decided yet
PCT: Nolvadex 20-40mg

Diet Overview:
Had a couple months that went absurdly haywire due to some family issues so my diet and training went to shit in the past 5 ish months but thats gotten better recently so its time to lock back in. Current goal lose body fat while gaining some muscle (hopefully). My typical daily meal consists of 2 baked chicken wraps (70g Protein - 11g Carbs - 20g Fat) each wrap has about 500-700 cals depending on the amnt of oil i put in every time i cook. Apart from the staple i have 2 cups of coffee which is a nescafe 3 in 1 (75 cals) and a peanut butter sandwich pre workout.
Macros:
1800 Cals
140-160 Protein
Training Schedule:
I'm running a modified PPL split which right now is looking like PPL-PP. It is upper body heavy because my upper body in relation to lower is very lopsided. I'll run through the specific exercises in the training logs as i work them out.
