Not quite, but it's a pretty quiet gym most of the time. It's pretty good not having to wait for any machine or anything.
 
Training consistency is on point brother.

You mentioned that you were going to get some blood work done, how did you go?
 
Does the app give you the workouts or do you configure it yourself?
App is called Alpha Progression.

I just started on it on week 3 now.

You have to input your work out but you can pre load a plan in (manually entered) in the free version. Has all the workouts I couldn't find on other apps. Im liking it.
You can put drop sets, and supersets, have a timer for each set you do and so on.

I may even look at paying the $109 for the year membership and I hate paying for apps.
