You NEED to get your bloods done. You shouldn't start any cycle without doing bloods.
I was just about to do a post before I started to read your log.

What is your current cycle? Are you still just doing Test E 250mg a week or did you add the anivar in it?
If you are on the orals do you have any toxin support supplements?

Love to see people start logs and hope to see a bit more as its great motivation for many others.
 
Good luck with your journey mate! I've just talked myself out of a cycle due to my BF being high (~%25) , mainly due to me being pretty risk adverse. But it sounds like you've informed yourself well and are prepared. Thanks for sharing and keen to see your progress !
This is smart. The lower the BF the less risks "tend" to come up (not always) are you doing anything at the moment to get your self down to 15% or around that number?

Thanks mate. The plan is definitely to get my bloods done first. Haven't started the cycle yet just at the planning stage and logging my workouts and stuff at my current state.

Glad you have not yet started. Imedical is working over Xmas so you have all the time you need. Such an important part if it all.

Have you looked at something like Retatrutide to drop a bit more bf?

Good to know. Pretty sure they are the ones I've been directed too.

retatrutide is glp1. Basilcy Semiglutide but way better.

It doenst just help you stop eating crap it actually helps attack the fat.

If you are strength straining and eating clean high protein you can eaily dop 6kgs in a month on it.

That puts you in such a better place to start

I'll have to see if I can track some down, that sounds pretty good.
 
Green arrows are improvements from the previous workout, either weight or reps. The yellow medal is an overall new record, generally just tracking the volume going up.

Ahah i had no idea what the green arrows and things were for. Only 2nd week using app
 
If you click on them it shows you the specifics. Only discovered it today myself. It's a new feature.
 
App is called Alpha Progression.

I just started on it on week 3 now.

You have to input your work out but you can pre load a plan in (manually entered) in the free version. Has all the workouts I couldn't find on other apps. Im liking it.
You can put drop sets, and supersets, have a timer for each set you do and so on.

I may even look at paying the $109 for the year membership and I hate paying for apps.

Rough end to the week. Though I did push through and work hard Wednesday and Thursday, Christmas party for work threw out my eating for Thursday and then I was out sick on Friday, yay kids.

Keen to get stuck back in next week.
 
Keep pushing through mate and you'll get there, I'm on first cycle now and I went with test E and anavar, it's a good combo for fat loss and muscle gain, just focus on getting 1.5g of protein per kg of LEAN mass, it doesn't have to be off of your total weight or you might be overdoing the protein
 
I'm aiming for 200g on workout days. Once I actually start my cycle it should get some work done I hope. How are you finding it for the first time?
