Did a what I’ll call a late night sesh for me 8-9:30pm, I’ve always preferred training after work. For me perfect time was always around that 5:30 mark. Butttt after having a kid and trying to be a supportive husband and have as much time with my family as possible I switched to the 4:40am sessions before work, I’m used to them now. Not as rough as they sound just don’t feel as much ooomphh lol

Yeah bro I’m on the double edge sword like I’m sitting at 90kg which is 7kg more then end of the cut which ended like 5 weeks ago so I put on heaps of weight like to fast. Still got abs, veins ect but from that first cheat meal I found it so hard to control my cravings hahah. On the bright side I look ****ing massive compared to what i was. These last 2 weeks will be grinding hard to get that crazy physic change.
