Hey guys,

Checking in to recap this week after 2 intense full body sessions.

Weights, reps, calories and mass all going up, but body fat going down!!

At the moment I’m sitting around 125 kg which is my goal weight, although I have to lose just a little bit more fat for my abs to really start coming through.

With a slight increase in cardio and continued consistency in the gym I have no doubt I’ll get there by the end of the comp and show a physique worthy of first place!

At this stage I’m really happy with my development all round, but I am looking to give a bit more emphasis to my chest and lower back to bring those up the rest of my body as elsewhere is looking in top top condition!

Next week I’ll be brining more detailed information about my workouts such as sets reps and weights as well as my food. I may even show some shirtless pics as I get leaner!

@BrazyGiant1 it’s great to see you sharing some of your training stats! Are you also tracking your calories? It would be interesting to take a look at the macro breakdown you're using for your recomp. Adding cardio is a solid approach, and I've found that sticking to LISS cardio while aiming for a good daily step target works well for me. What do you think?

Hey guys!

Checking in after a solid week of meals, workouts and recovery.

Overall my physique development has really come along way this week I feel. Despite getting gradually leaner, my jeans are getting tighter due to my legs getting bigger which is bitter sweet because I love these jeans but I’m gonna have to get a bigger pair soon 🤣

The upper body is still filling out as will be seen in the progress pic below. Really these last few weeks I’ll be focused on increasing cardio, decreasing calories slightly and really honing in on getting as lean as I can while training my muscle.

My calories typically sit around 4000-5000 a day which mostly consists of tuna/chicken/steak + rice, yoghurt, powerades and the occasional burger from Oporto (or two) if I’m hungry and nothing else is open.

Really looking forward to bringing a physique worthy of number one very soon! Its crunch time now and I’m super committed to brining a huge and lean physique to the comp!

Looking sharp buddy. Jeans getting tighter is a good problem to have 😂. That calorie range is fine for holding size, but tightening up the tracking over these last few weeks could really help nail the condition without guessing. Cardio increase and calorie drop sounds spot on. Keep the protein high and try to stay away from fast foods.

I’m still keen to see your workout breakdown and the weights you’re moving. Be good to see how you’re structuring those sessions with the diet you’ve got going.
