Hey guys,
Checking in to recap this week after 2 intense full body sessions.
Weights, reps, calories and mass all going up, but body fat going down!!
At the moment I’m sitting around 125 kg which is my goal weight, although I have to lose just a little bit more fat for my abs to really start coming through.
With a slight increase in cardio and continued consistency in the gym I have no doubt I’ll get there by the end of the comp and show a physique worthy of first place!
At this stage I’m really happy with my development all round, but I am looking to give a bit more emphasis to my chest and lower back to bring those up the rest of my body as elsewhere is looking in top top condition!
Next week I’ll be brining more detailed information about my workouts such as sets reps and weights as well as my food. I may even show some shirtless pics as I get leaner!
