Hey everyone ! My name is Jack



quick introduction, am 25 and my whole 8 years of hard training I have put on mass but have never really been able to show it, I got to a point where I took the bulk too far (113kg), i figured its time to grow up and lock in on my routine and cut down.







this began my journey down using gear maniac 2 years ago, and really trying to understand how to feel good in my body and looking in the mirror.

CURRENT SETUP:

Goal: 6 week reverse phase (week 3)


Half way into the reverse, metabolism is firing, weight is still dropping and food is still going up, LETS GO BABY


We were at a checkpoint with The calories, as they had dropped too low to go further: 1800calories on average.

Current Weight:96kg

Goal weight:91kg


Calories are now at a average of 2450

calories a week, with weight maintaining , recovery improving and metabolism rising
