So show 1 done, cobwebs off, 2nd secured but i got beaten off a guy with no abs. All of that shit aside we go again. Whirlwind weekend!! 12 days out!

Hi lads hope everyone’s well. Sorry I’ve been a little bit quiet this week. It’s been absolutely mental with work and getting back to normal after the show of the weekends. I’m currently at the airport yet again flying down to Sydney for the weekend to be at the fitness expo with Ruleone proteins so if anybody is in Sydney wants to pop along come and see us so I’ll definitely sort you out some stuff Home prep going well aiming to hit a new low by Tuesday next week as we are heading to peak week carbs are basically been stripped off me the main meals the only carbs I’m really having at the moment is my pre-and post workout had a bit of a blow after the show but now that seems to have gone. My Abs seems to be popping even more on reflection of the show. It is what it is. I can’t change the judging obviously I’d love I’m very competitive so I really did want to win that one just purely for pride but we learn as we go not gonna win everything even though people say I should’ve done just gonna block the noise out focus on the nationals coming up and hopefully bring it home then still taking gear as per usual. No difference is the only thing I will do. It’s probably drop the clen Two days out from the show.

Sounds pretty hectic man. Ignore the noise from the last show and just lock in for nationals 💪

I reckon stick to the plan and you’ll bring it home easy.

Been a mad week flying all over and the fitness expo in sydney was mental!!
So we are 3 days our from nationals in melb and i fly down first thing tomorrow.

PEDs have been consistently going in just small doeses of test, mast and tren, complemented by T’3 and Clen (which stops today) last jab was this morning. Feeling good started caeb up and im heavy than two weeks ago at this point (89kg). Will do a proper training update from melb tomorrow after ive given Doherty’s brunswick a quick spin before tan.

Again a big thanks to you boys on here, gearmaniac for doing the best we can get. Time to get judged rite and get that 1st.

I saw you at the Nationals! The categories were tough, with some incredible physics on display. Did the judges share any feedback with you?
Hey mate, still waiting on feedback mate, its just gonna come down to size there was some big lads for Mens physique there and my coach wanted the condition over the size, i had more to give in terms of pre show carbs but i do as im told. We learn we grow we move on.
 
Morning guys, back to normal after a mad week, bit of a whirlwind with all the comps and travelling the getting straight back to work last week! So its time to add the mass on now, some of the lads were big, not as conditioned but the judges clearly looked at size, same judges as the first show too so they were gonna give me much. Had a week off the PEDS and got one more to go then going bak onto the test-mast-tren. I’m going to ask a honest question i have never tries GH or any form of it (mk 677 etc) would running a cycle of this be worth it? 1. Obviously for my size 2. As an experiment to see what i can do. We wanna be on stage again in Season A just so i qualify to compete abroad later in the year.
 
Very pleased that we have our own @trespassing_minds jumping onto my physique coaching. Seen what he has achieved via the challenge on here has been amazing and i thank you all for supporting each other like you did, thats what community its all about. Also i have taken on my first female bikini competitor too so a completely different approach needed but its going to be so journey.

I believe that GH, when combined with various other growth factors, can be effective. On its own, it may help maintain a leaner physique, although it might not significantly increase size relative to the investment. Regarding SARMs, I'm not entirely sure about the benefits. GH-like peptides could also be a potential option to activate an additional growth pathway.

Ultimately, the best approach depends on your specific plan and guidance from your coach.

Possible options might include test TRT, primo (if accessible), mast, NPP instead of tren to allow for a break, as well as GH/insulin and some peptides like BPC157, TB500, or GHK-Cu. An 8-week growth phase could be suitable for a season A prep.

Please note, I am not a coach—just a novice—and I acknowledge that you have surpassed my experience. I'm here to offer my limited knowledge as best as I can.

GH on its own isn’t really a mass builder. It’s more for recovery, fullness and helps hold onto lean tissue. You’ll notice better sleep, faster recovery and a more chiselled look over time. It’s something you'd run long term (some do life time 😊). Tracking things like IGF1, fasting glucose /HBA1C, lipids and BP is a must! MK 677 is a cheaper GH alternative, but it's not the same. Spikes appetite hard and can impact insulin sensitivity. Peptides like BPC157 or TB500 can help with recovery too. But keep in mind that results vary and I've heard stories where sometimes peps do nothing for some. Like anything we're all built differently. Best move is to get your baseline bloods done before starting anything and keep checking along the way. Best way to learn what’s working for your body.
