As I went guns balzing for 3 weeks. So this whole week is going to be a deload before the launch from next week, so that we are far away from injury.
Will be on
PUSH( chest, tri, shoulders)
PULL (back, bi, r delta)
LEGS ( quad focused)
PUSH( hypertrophy)
PULL ( thickness)
LEGS( posterior chain)

Solid push session today. Focus was controlled reps, full range of motion and progressive overload. Strength felt good on presses and kept tension high on isolation work.

Barbell Bench Press
4 sets × 6–8 reps
Week 1: 4×6
Week 2: 4×7–8 or add weight
Week 3: Same weight, last set rest-pause

Incline Dumbbell Press
3×8–10
Progression: +1 rep per set weekly

Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3×8–10
Progression: Add weight in Week 2

Cable Fly
3×12–15
Week 3: Drop set last set

Lateral Raises
4×12–15
Week 3: Drop set last set

Skull Crushers
3×8–10
Progression: Add weight Week 2

Rope Pushdowns
2×12–15 (slow controlled reps)

Chest pump was solid, shoulders were burning on laterals, and finished triceps properly with controlled pushdowns. Progressive overload locked in for the next few weeks.
