Had the mrs training with me so tbh i couldn’t miss a set today, also shes not trained with me for months and i think she was surprised with what i do and turn into lol

Push session

Lateral cable raise
Chest fly machine final working set 135kg
Shoulder press plate loaded final working set 80kg per side
Flat chest press hammer strength plate loaded 90kg per side
Standing Lateral raise machine SS db raises
Incline chest press 80kg per side
Incline cable fly

Ab work.

Booking in for blood work this week as we look to make sure we are all good and can maximise this growth phase.

Leg press 4x 12 (1RIR) 420kg

Hack squat 3x 12 60kg ps (the worst exercise known to man the knee hates this)

Pendulum squat 3x 10 70kg

Leg extension 3x failure (90kg)

Laying hammy curl 3x 12 80kg

Straight leg deads 2x 160kg (2 warm up sets)

Hip adductors 3x 15 (70kg)

Calf raises 5x 20 (leg press)

About 5kg above stage weight, holding condition as best as we can. This will prob deteriorate as we try and get bigger but as we add quality mass hopefully we dont become sloppy looking.

I'm thinking the EQ could help with mass without blowing up with water. EQ can slowly build size and density so it might be a good move.

okay, so legs today performance wise weights relatively stayed the same as a last session. Wasn’t feeling 100% this morning but we still showed up. We still got it done and we still shifted the iron. Carbs have been increased dramatically from the start of this week in a surplus of an extra 350 cal a day. Hopefully we feel 100% for push tomorrow because we will absolutely send that and it should be exploding by the time that session is done.

Push

Weight 96kg (6.5 up from stage weight)
Trained around 4pm with 90% of daily food intake done.
What a difference that makes them early sessions at 3:30am depleted and just getting it done to cram it in the day.
Felt really good yesterday utilising the extra food as we are pushing now, still just on test ATM but the body is reacting very well. Its more the mental focus thats shifted, the increased ability to control the heavier weights and go that extra 10% at the top of sets. Rest day today so just light cardio and some abs.
