As I went guns balzing for 3 weeks. So this whole week is going to be a deload before the launch from next week, so that we are far away from injury.
Will be on
PUSH( chest, tri, shoulders)
PULL (back, bi, r delta)
LEGS ( quad focused)
PUSH( hypertrophy)
PULL ( thickness)
LEGS( posterior chain)

Deload week makes sense. Your split hits everything. I'd probably just keep hypertrophy/thickness days slightly lighter so you recover properly before blasting again 👊
