I've heard good things about EQTidy up after post comp bloat done. Sitting around 4kg up from stage weight and we are beginning to bulk asap. Using bodenone for the first time with test and will add NPP into it

Hack squat 3x 12 60kg ps (the worst exercise known to man the knee hates this)
Pendulum squat 3x 10 70kg
Leg extension 3x failure (90kg)
Laying hammy curl 3x 12 80kg
Straight leg deads 2x 160kg (2 warm up sets)
Hip adductors 3x 15 (70kg)
Calf raises 5x 20 (leg press)
About 5kg above stage weight, holding condition as best as we can. This will prob deteriorate as we try and get bigger but as we add quality mass hopefully we dont become sloppy looking.
